Freezing Cold Appliance Repairs reached out to me, to get more information. I found out initially that they require a diagnostic fee, even though I said what is wrong, and that I have the parts. I decided to do the project myself.

My dishwasher was leaking and previous repairman replaced door gasket but it still leaked. I got freezing cold repairman who vacuumed the water drain hose. The repairman was very thorough and dishwasher not leaking so far. I would recommend this repair company.

Everything was great from start to finish. Prompt reply, the 2 guys (i forget your nanmes, sorry guys) who came to do the job couldnt have been nicer. Called ahead to let me know what time they would arrive and did, almost to the minute. In and out in maybe 45 minutes. Let me know what was need and the cost before doing the job, kept me posted throughout. Great experience all the way around, would hire again in a heartbeat. HIGHLY recommend!

I started my laundry in our washer this morning only to discover water pouring out of the bottom of the washer with no clear reason why. I put in an Angie’s request and the team from Freezing Cold Appliance Repairs was the first to call me and told me they could come between 2-5pm today. I immediately said yes as I needed the washer repaired as quickly as possible with two teenage boys in the house and lots of dirty clothing! Dymtro called me around 12:30 saying they were close by and could come sooner which was great news! They arrived and quickly assessed the situation which luckily was a minor repair and at a very reasonable cost. The team was thorough, answering all of my questions and providing me a clear explanation of the repairs needed and how they would address them. I highly recommend them and would contact them immediately if I had any other appliance repairs needed.

I had a great experience with Freezing Cold Appliance Repair. I had two different dryers that needed repair. Freezing Cold showed up early, and quickly assessed the issues. They came back the next day with the required parts and fixed both dryers. They were a joy to work with.

They were very efficient and installed a new ice Maker and now I have lots of ice. They explained what they did and followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied.
