Description of Work: I called today and Greg was awesome and came right out for the estimate and actually called me from my roof while I was in work and explained everything to me. He was very honest in telling me what I need and don't need and gave me full 15 year guarantee for labor and materials where others told me they needed to come back in a year for service it and then three years there after and he said no, I won't need to come back and coat this roof for at least 6 years. I am a single woman and I appreciate honest people who don't take advantage of women. I will update my review after the work has been done tomorrow. He also said I didn't have to lose a day of work that he would take pictures of before and after and I can pay after the job is complete. That is someone who is stands behind their work

 + -1 moreCalled four roofers from Angie's List for an estimate. Greg Harvey was the first to respond. He promptly came out to my home went up on the roof, showed me pictures and explained with clarity the condition of my roof. He left an estimate which turned out not the most expensive nor was it the cheapest. I chose Greg Harvey's four Seasons Roofing because of his professionalism, patience and the fact that he and his father had been in the roofing business for many years. He seemed honest and sincere as my gut informed me. Needless to say they did an excellent job and I would recommend them without hesitation. I anticipate more roofing jobs in the near future and will call only them. Without a doubt, Greg Harvey of Four Seasons Roofing is the best!

 + -1 moreGreg and his crew are very professional and I have recommended them to family members who are also very pleased. Greg even came out to address my concerns even though it was determined not to be a roofing problem, just the result of shodding siding done my someone else. I'm sure if Greg had done the siding I wouldn't have had any trouble. Since I had the siding replaced, of course Greg's roof was great as it was to begin with. He was very patient with me and my lack of knowledge of water flow to the path of least resistance. I don't think another roofer would have taken the time or trips to explain the problem to me. I will continue to recommend Greg Harvey and his crew.
Description of Work: Greg Harvey applied coat to my roof. He has been my roofer for over 15 years. Always honors his guaranteed work, is very knowlegable and courteous. Explained the rationale of extending the life of my roof.

 + -1 moreGreg arrived on site on the day scheduled and completed the work the same day as indicated in his proposal. He and his men were professional and left the area as clean as when they arrived. All work was done as contracted and I am very please with the outcome.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced old flat roof over family room. Removed old material and replaced with 1/2 inch recovery board and coverd with fiberglass vapor barrier. Covered roof with Grade 1 Rubber Roofing system and replaced drain outlet. Installed new Aluminum facing around intire roof and sealed all need areas

 + -1 moreGreg ,arrived at my home as promised on Friday Morning ready to work 10/12/2012 . He and his partner worked from 8 AM till 7 PM. He was back Saturday morning with the custom made aluminum pieces and installed them beautifully. Both men were extremely courteous and diligent in their workmanship. prior to going up to the roof all items were checked so no one was running back and forth to the truck. My husband went up before and after the installation and we are very satisfied with our new roof. If you can remember we had very heavy rain fall the following week after the installation of the rubber roof which was 10/12/2012 there were no signs of leaks anywhere. Pictures were taken, however I was unable the retrieve them and post them for all to see and admire. I would recommend FOUR SEASONS ROOFING COMPANY JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: 1- swept roof deck of any debris, removed and replaced drain outlet with new 4" copper drain outlet with installation of a new aluminum drain strainer. 2- Installation of Grade 1- 4 mil. rubber roofing system which was heat welded to the entire roof deck, covered all parapet walls with separate rubber flashing. 3- Installation of new aluminum edge metal at all perimeters as needed 4-Refasten the barge metal on the side of the roof using sheet metal screws. 5- Seal around the outside of the drain outlet with clear exterior silicone caulking. 6- Seal all walls, drain outlet and metal flashings with roofing cement and fabric and recement. 7- Installation of new custom made aluminum trim along with the installation of a new aluminum roof vent properly installed 8- Removal of all job related debris from jobsite. I would suggest the posted work preformed by FOUR SEASONS ROOFING COMPANY AS DO,s
