Flexbox Moving & Storage

Description of Work: I was moving from my previous house to a small apartment and I had my furniture that need to storage. I had bed frame, couch, few pictures and boxes with shoes

Description of Work: Ordered 1 small box after having had PODS previously. I unfortunately thought it was the same product. Nothing could be further from the truth. I received 4 boxes and let the company know I didn't need 4 boxes. But they never picked up the other 3. The boxes are POORLY made plywood shells, covered in tyvek type product that is velcroed on over the outside. COMPLETE JUNK! Doors did not close properly, and the tyvek cover kept coming off. Company NEVER answered emails, or phone calls. Charged me a boat load til I cancelled the credit card. Total waste of money and time. Owner is rude and condescending. I would NEVER do business with them again. Got my stuff out after much arguing and got a real POD, which is clean bright and properly constructed and works! DON'T USE THIS PRODUCT.

Description of Work: Because of incorrect information for Flexbox Mobile Storage, I was not able to contact them even after calling, emailing and finally writing to the company. I was refunded my money and I thought this was the end. However, I finally received an email from Joseph Oehlberg, company owner, who had just received my letter. He apologized for the mix-up and offered me the same deal as the "Big Deal". I did accept since I thought I still needed his services. He arranged for his men to deliver the storage box the very next day. However, during this time, my son and I began getting rid of some of the items in my basement which were either not going to be used or was no longer any good. Before I knew it, we had gotten rid of a good deal of the items which I thought I would send to the storage unit. Upon noticing this, I contacted Joseph again and informed him that I no longer needed the storage unit and I wanted to cancel the order. Again, he apologized but thanked me for contacting him and said if I needed his services again to contact him. He never asked for any money but said we'd talk about that after the job was done. It's a shame I had to find out what a nice person and businessman Joseph Oehlberg is a little too late. I would like to recommend his company: Flexbox Mobile Storage and call Joseph's cell to make an appointment @(609) 240-8022.

Description of Work: They delivered a Flexbox to my temporary location in September. After I filled it, they picked it up and transported it to their storage facility. When I was ready to have the filled box and an empty box delivered to my home, I called. They were not nearly as prompt in answering the phone or delivery as in September. When I wanted the boxes removed, I called and left messages and eventually talked to a person. Still, it took well over a month and a cell phone call to a listed contact, who gave me the impression that he wasn't with them any longer, to get the boxes removed from my front yard.

Description of Work: Drop off two boxes pre-move. Moved the boxes to our new home. Came to pick-up.
