Frank admitted to picking the lock on my basement door to enter my home while I was asleep, and he got very angry when he realized I was upset about this breach of trust. In his mind, he was the nicest, most generous and understanding guy, but regardless of whether or not I agreed, it was clear by the tantrum he threw once I stood up for myself that he doesn't believe he can do anything wrong. He chose flooring that did not match what I asked for and claimed it was my fault, he left here screaming insults about me and my neighbors, he freaked out a neighbor by telling him he's a satanist, and he has clearly created a narrative in his mind about me to defend his poor choices and behavior. I'm sure his response here will show that he is unapologetic about breaching trust and that he has ideas in his mind about why this was all my fault. Beware!

We hired Frank and his team to finish our basement, and we are glad we did! They did a great job framing out the basement, hanging drywall and laying a cement floor. He also added high hat lighting. Frank had a lot of good ideas throughout the project, including making a utility closet. They finished in four weeks like they said and did high-quality work. Best contractors we have worked with!!

First Class came out the same day to finish a toilet removal/install for a very reasonable price - extremely happy with their response and service!

Frank and his team did a phenomenal job on our nursery! They built a beautiful coffered wall that will be timeless. In addition, we had them lay down vinyl flooring, install lightning and a ceiling fan, install a new closet, paint the walls, doors, and ceilings, and replace all of the trim. His team always arrived when expected and cleaned up after themselves along the way. They cared about my opinion and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way!

I wish I could share before and after pictures. It’s like night and day. We have an older home- as you go along different things come up. Having someone you trust, someone who communicates with you makes the difference. I would definitely use First Class Home Renovations again!

Excellent craftsmanship. Well worth the cost considering time involved

First Class did a great job finishing out our kitchen remodel. There were a number of items left unfinished by another contractor that had to be addressed. There was a custom tile installation that was done beneath a bar that looks out incredible. In addition there was installation of wire-mold under cabinet outlets, trim work, tile backsplash repair, spackle and painting. First Class showed up on time, performed high quality work, cleaned up after every visit and worked within a reasonable budget.

First Clasa went above and beyond to meet a tight time frame, and that was with the added complexity of bizarre wiring done by the previous owners found inside the walls. They did a great job and left my kitchen spotless when they finished. I highly recommend them!

This is the THIRD time I hired First Class to renovate a bathroom in my home. But this time was the biggest challenge: transform a 53-year-old bathroom and create a new beautiful and functional space for my mobility challenged mother. They hit it out of the park! Frank’s exacting commitment to detail and getting it right is seen in every part of the work. His team is universally professional and deeply experienced. He expertly navigated working with multiple vendors to help get and install the right materials. And his pricing was competitive and transparent. I can’t wait to do my other bathrooms with this expert team!

I am BEYOND happy with my newly tiled foyer! The tile work is flawless and the transition between the carpet and tile was cleverly done with wood that matches my carpet! Many thanks to Frank and his team! They are true professionals!

Frank and his team did a great job installing our new front door. The brick was disintegrated under the old frame so they rebuilt part of the wall, and they worked with me to save the old transom window by reframing it with another pane of glass to provide insulation. Our backyard looks amazing with the new fence they put in. I have recommended Frank to friends and would hire him again for any future work on my house.

Frank and his crew completed a full primary bathroom renovation for my partner and I in April of 2023 in Manayunk. Frank was extremely communicative, and his team was respectful, timely, and diligent. He was very transparent when they discovered additional water/mold damage during demolition, and presented us multiple options in how to mitigate. We were so pleased with First Class’s work, that we intend to have them complete additional work for us in the future. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Frank and his team did an outstanding job with this challenging bathroom renovation. The arrangement of the fixtures in the original bathroom wasted space and Frank developed a plan to make best use of the small space. We faced some challenges, but Frank was always able to find a solution. We were living in the house during the project. While it was disruptive, Frank and his crew did their best to work around us and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We are so pleased with the end result...from the herringbone tile (Frank's idea) to the heated floor!! and would definitely hire First Class Home Renovations again!

I am a pastor of a church, and we entered our church renovation project in the size of over $160,000 with Frank Bianco and First Class Home Renovation in October 2021. He introduced himself as an honest and conscientious person. But he deceived us in many ways: (1) He was unlicensed in Philadelphia. (2) He breached the contract by not obtaining permits. (3) After being pressured, he applied for permits to the city using his subcontractors without disclosing it to the church. (4) He received about $120,000 from the church but only 20-30% of work is done and his work needs to be taken out and redone. We are in the lawsuit with him currently. We are very happy with our bathroom rennovation completed by Frank and his crew. He was receptive to our questions and concerns and provided options when we ran into hurdles. When Frank made suugestions during the project, he always sent along links to pictures and gave us multiple options. They were very respectful of our home and the spaces they used. They started each day by making sure all the areas they would be using were protected and cleaned up well at the end of each day. Would definitely recommend using his contacts for design help and supplies - we did it ourselves and would have benefited from their help. When we discovered a leak one day after everyone went home, Frank came back to our house in the evening/after hours and worked until the leak was fixed. Frank was easy to reach when he wasn't on site and quick to respond to texts and calls. We would definitely partner with First Class Home Rennovations again and have already recommended them to several people.

No-nonsense crew that's easy to work with. We appreciated how Frank is able to handle unknowns and explain pros and cons. The fact that they're able to bring in and coordinate with a roofer to help with projects that involve inside and outside work saved us a lot of time and hassle, too

Frank and his team did a good job. We managed through appliance delivery delays, which put off the job from the initial start date. Frank remained flexible. The crew was considerate as they worked in our home while we were living there, cleaning up after themselves and working to insure that all equipment and cabinets were installed correctly, worked well and looked good. Frank followed up to insure everything was fine.

We love Frank and First Class Home Renovations! They helped us assess a roofing project and gave us a long lasting solution. We also worked with them on a skylight which came out amazing.

Our project was a full master bathroom remodel which included gutting the existing bathroom and master closet and reconfiguring layout of plumbing, ducts, etc to move toilet and add washer dryer. Frank and team were flexible with changes we made to plans as we went and were able to make adjustments mid project. The end result is beautiful and we’re very happy with the work!

I was out of town and needed a series of jobs completed before a move-in date, and even with the supply chain issues everyone is dealing with these days, Frank got it done. I’m really happy with how everything came together. I trusted him throughout the process, and I would recommend him to family.

Poor communication initially but handyman finally arrived and he did a great job! He was polite, friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable about the job before him. In fact we will ask his company to do additional jobs for us. Very pleased!

Frank and his team have completed a few jobs at our home. His prices are reasonable, he tries to find the simplest low cost solution and the work is done right. Once there was a slight problem with a repair and they came right back out to make it right no questions asked. Highly recommend.
