Fetch! Pet Care

Justin was great. He house sat our geriatric cat for 6 days. He stopped by our apartment every afternoon and the stayed at the appartment every night. He took care of adding medicine to the cat food and cleaned the litter box daily. He didn't mind that we called him every day just to check on how things were going. When needed, we will use Fetch again. Hopefully, Justin will still be working for them.

Amanda was really great! We got an email every day to let us know how things were going. We have 1 cat who can be a real issue, and Amanda handled it beautifully.

It went very well. We are still using them today. It was personalized. We had the same person with the dog. Price was okay.

I have been using them since 2009. I wouldn't have kept them on if I didn't think they were excellent.

I would give them five stars, they're excellent. They consistently come out for me, they come out a couple of times, at least a year. It costs $20 per visit.

Everything had been fine as far as emailing them ?I need this length of service whether it was going in twice of day or once a day careful with both of my cats any problems I did have with them the owner was on top of it immediately Jay he was accommodating he wouldn't charge me for the visit if there was a problem so he was definitely hands on in responsive, they would come in they would clean the litter box feed them play with them probably here for an half an hour on a visit, I usual have a regular what's good about them if the regular is not available they have someone else to step in they ill send pictures so you know that your cat is okay while you are away if that is what you want.

Went great. She had had guinea pigs and knew how to handle them. She even shopped at the grocery store and got them some treats. They didn't even know I was gone.

It worked out really, really well. We have used them four times now. Our cat likes him and we have had to travel. We just used him last week as a matter of fact. I have no idea how much they charge. My husband always handles that, but because the cat likes him so well we just keep having him back. We are going to use him again.

I have only ever dealt with Mark, but if he is typical of their staff you can't go wrong. My cats love him. They guarantee a half-hour long visit. Mark played with the cats, brought in my mail and changed the lighting so it appeared someone was home.

I was texted after Shelby's first walk with him. All went well and my dog was not so anxious when I returned from a long day at work. I had time to relax before taking her out! Beneficial great service for Shelby and pure luxury for me.

We have used Fetch at least 5 times at two different homes. Each time, the office staff were quick to respond to our requests and matched us with a GREAT caregiver. They were very understanding when we had to change a visit at the last minute due to a pet death. Their process is really a good one. The caregivers (3 different ones) came over to meet the kitties before we left and to talk with us. They ask for a detailed description of each pet including personality and friendliness traits as well as standard size, weight, etc. The caregivers each spent about 30 minutes with us at this initial visit. It is obvious that the caregivers are good ones because each time we return home, the cats are clean, the litter tray is clean, and the food and water dishes are clean and full. (Note for non-cat "people:" When cats are upset, they tend not to clean themselves and their fur is matted and they shed a lot). We intend to keep on using Fetch as long as we have pets and travel!

This was my first experience with a professional pet sitting service and Fetch was very professional. The office staff was great, followed up every phone conversation with an email confirm. Angela, my assigned sitter, stopped by for an intro and to pick up keys before I left. She sermed friendly and capable, and hit it off with the kitties. While I was gone, she not only followed my instructions, but also emailed me with photo updates each time she visited. Fetch is bonded and insured, and will also provide lock-out service (for $15) if you let your sitter hold your keys, although they will return them if you like. I felt very comfortable leaving the boys with Angela, and it was reassuring to hear from her every day.

At first, the service seemed ok--they showed up on time, walked the dogs, reported the way we asked them too on how it went (text). Then we changed dog walkers--also fine after the transition. Annoying to have to change walkers after a few months, but pretty standard for the dog-walking groups--no one ever seems to stay for very long. Fast forward another 1-2 months later, and they abruptly stop our service because our second walker was moving unexpectedly out of town to help a sick family member. I find it completely unprofessional that they told me 2 days before (a tuesday) that the last walk for our dogs would be that thursday, and they had no backup person. When I asked how long they knew, they admitted their employee had given them two weeks notice, and they had tried to find another replacement, so they could transition us, but ended up having no one to cover our area (West Philly) so we were out of luck 2 days before our needed walk schedule. We both work full time and long hours and need our dogs walked on a regular basis--to be unavailable suddenly was a big disruption and how they handled it was completely unprofessonal. I wouldnt trust them to not do this again, so I can't recommend re-hiring. There are other companies in the area that will do the same work with the same reliability for similar prices.

I am very happy with my decision to hire Fetch! The company has a nice mix of compassion and business acumen; the main office manages billing and service management and Donna (my care taker) looks after my babies. After a horrific experience with one of the "mom/pop" outfits in So Phila, I am pleased to have found a well managed organization that balances business and animal care so effectively.

I was very please with service and responsiveness. It was easy to schedule services. The dog-walker came to our home so we could meet her and she could meet the dogs, before we were asked to pay any money or turn our keys over to anyone. Another local service wanted payment in advance for the "orientation" meeting--although we had not decided to use their services yet. The dog-walker was very responsible and texted me when she took the dogs out each day, and even sent photos or videos taken at each visit. Great communication and good service.

Overall I was happy with the level of care they provided and will use the service again.

We love her as a dog walker and trust her in our home. We like the responsiveness from Fetch as well as email convenience. We would have liked to support a non-franchised local business, but unfortunately our old walker didn't cover our new neighborhood. So far we are very satisfied with the switch and will continue to recommend them to others in our neighborhood.

I have always been impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. I've never had a fear about having them retain a key to my home. I used them first on the recommendation of my for a cat that'd had a stroke and needed meds twice a day. They visited, made sure she ate and gave her affection while I and my husband were away.

They may come in daily, watch after my dog or cat. They are a bit expensive but that is the rate around here.

They are absolutely great. The work was amazing. They do pet sitting and walking as well. They are very responsible and they just do an excellent job. The company is very good. You can charge for the service on your credit card. The billing is very easy and they will wipe the bill away if any issues occur.

They were in touch with me and they had made arrangements to take care of my dog during a business trip. I had to cancel the trip and they were very courteous and responsive with everything. I would highly recommend them.

Jack hires amazing pet sitters. We've used him for two years. Our dog is always well cared for. We don't have any concerns even when we travel internationally. Our dog is 14 and requires extra care. We always call them when we need to leave our dog with somebody. We will be using them again in two weeks.
