+ -1 morethey knocked out all of the loose concrete out around the window, then told me they could not get a window to fit and never finished that part of the job. They left the window unsealed. I had to staple a piece of Tyvek over it so rain doesn't get in. They power washed and sealed 3 sides of the garage. They did not do a complete side. Said they would come back and never did after repeated calls. I would never use them again and never recommend them.
Description of Work: repoint stone on front porch, replace basement window, power wash and seal garage

+ -1 moreHe is punctual and his work looks beautiful, but the work does not last. He charged me $8,000, and then charged me another $14,000 to repair the work when he came back. My back wall is cracking, although he said I would never have to repair it again. I will never consider using him again.
Description of Work: He repaired a big crack in a brick side and back wall for me.

+ -1 moreCalled Frank for an estimate; he came the next day, and provided me a written estimate the following day. I called him with concerns about the initial price ($2800), so after some consideration he lowered it to $2200. Came in the following Monday to start the work, and completed it by the end of the day that Wednesday.
Description of Work: Repaired inner layer of bricks in bathroom exterior wall: braced up ceiling, removed all loose and damaged bricks (8' x 6' section, less window area), rebuilt inner wall brick and 4" block, installed iron lintel above window (and another above duct area), locked in ceiling and floor joists; and parged brick and block work after laying.

Description of Work: Work was not done but they completely bailed on the job once we decided to do it - no phone calls or anything. It would've been more helpful if they could've just let us know they weren't going to do it by a phone call. ($425)

+ -1 moreThey did a great job. I didn't even realize they were here. The price is definitely fair for the work provided. They were very punctual, they said they would be here they were here. I would recommend them to anyone. It was overall a great experience.
Description of Work: They did masonry work to the brick including filling-in a rather large crack in back wall, side wall and front. Pointed all bricks (3 story home and car port).
