The work was done very well and the provider was excellent.

It went well, sort of. I called on a Saturday afternoon and the tech showed up an hr. or 2 later. He assessed the problem and gave me a quote. It was far beyond what I expected. I knew it wouldn't be cheap but it was above my expectations. He showed up the next day, and completed the work within a few hours, left everything neat. He was courteous and professional. I didn't have all the money so they were generous enough to let me make 2 installments. The 1st due immediately and the final due in 2 weeks. Four days shy of the due date of the 2nd pymt. they called about the balance. due, which was fine because I had it. I chose to do half cash(debit card) and half on my credit card. Then they tell me they charge a 3% fee for using a credit card. This I didn't like. It cost me an extra $40. I chose to use this company because I was in a crisis position. I had lost all power in the house and the box was shooting out sparks so I was afraid of a fire. As crazy as it sounds this problem started in my kitchen before all power was lost. I called "3" other electricians who gave me phone quotes far below this cost, but not one of them showed up to actually look at the work. This was one of the reasons I used EP Electr. They did show up at least. I'm not sure if I would use them again due to the cost and since I didn't finance with them I thought the interest for using my credit card was not a good thing. It's been 2 weeks and so far no more electrical problems.

My very old circuit breaker box was suddenly breaking this week (power for the entire house was flickering on-and-off) and called EP Electric to get someone to take a look asap. Andi came by that day, told me what was wrong, and he was able to replace the box two days later. Really great service - all around very good experience. I definitely recommend these folks to anyone!

good but unnecessarily messy. Next time I will board up the entrance and let them in the back door only. Didn't know there would be so many holes to have professionally patched. Cost almost as much as the install.

Very well. We were contacted within an hour or two of our request and were able to schedule the job for the next day. It was completed within about 24 hours of our initial request. Andy was friendly and knowledgeable. The only very minor problem was due to our old plaster ceiling. A bit more of it came down than we would have liked because the current overhead light fixture had to be moved somewhat because it was not connected to a joist. Because it is less stable than sheet rock ended up with a bigger hole than expected. But we understand how it happened and feared that we might have the same problem with anyone. We will get it repaired by someone else, or possibly do it ourselves. Given the speediness and cost of the job we can't complain about this. And as I said I think it would have happened with whomever we chose. All in all we are very happy and would be happy to use Andy again or recommend him to others. Andy also cleaned up the room after he was finished. All in all a very positive experience.

Everything was perfect. They are very professional and the best thing is they were on time. They were clean and the prices perfect.

I got 2 hours deal thru Angie's List online for $129.00. I was called and told by the EP that this 2 hours deal does not cover the change of the old baseboard heater with the new one and i need to pay $59.00 more. It was still a pretty good deal. I can say that because i got in touch with more than few Electrical Services Companies and the closest one to this charge came from Omega Electric in Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania. Their charge was total $185.00. I chose EP electric because they are closer to my location . The other factor that played a role in my decision is the fact that if i remember correctly one of of the negative review of the Omega Electric's customer which took my attention. So, over all it went well. The service person Andy did pretty good job. He came with EP Electric marked van. He was wearing a T-shirt with EP electric logo on it which was reassuring. He seemed polite and knowledgeable. Finished the job in little bit less than 2 hours. Gave me a paper receipt and also send me another receipt via e-mail as a proof of my paying for the provided work.

We are extremely pleased with the service that was provided. There was an outlet that was sparking and melting behind our living room wall, causing a burning plastic smell. The electrician took time out of his Friday evening with his family to remove the offending outlet and replace it with a new one that is now wired and grounded correctly. As a result we no longer have a hazardous problem in our home. He worked quickly and was friendly and polite.

Called EP and asked if they provide a free estimate, asked when I’m available – told them today would work for me .. Andi made it happen, on a very short notice he came .. dressed professionally with name tag on his shirt .. spoke very professional .. and gave me an estimate for upgrade which I couldn’t be more than happy with his quote as I already got different quotes from others and EP quote for the upgrade was about $1000 less than others .. apples to apples and no difference. Andi went above and beyond what anyone would do, same weekend he changed his schedule to accommodate my schedule .. I couldn’t be more happy with the work EP and Andi did for us .. good product, good services .. and very good price. I give Andi and EP an A + for their work, A+ their excellent price and A+ for their willingness to come on a short notice and even do the install/upgrade to accommodate my schedule. We are a very happy customer .. thank you EP and thank you Andi

I had an Excellent experience with EP Electric, I was impressed with the ongoing communication regarding the job as well as the efficiency and commitment to my satisfaction. I received high hat lights through the house and rewired the kitchen and bathroom. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you Andi for such a job well done!
