They were tremendous. They came out to do the estimate in May and we have quite bit of work done and they completed it in first week of September. I would use them again in the future.

This review is well over due...but it's late than never! After my research of reviews I choose to go with Emerald windows as the reviews said it all. I called and set the meeting with Paul Stone to give me a price to replace all windows on 3 story house. He gave me a price and we ordered them. Paul was a pleasure to deal with - no pressure, no pushing for the product you don't need... When windows arrived we set a day for installation. When the day of installation came the crew was in time and again a pleasure to work with. They took their time to do it well. And final result was amazing! Great job guys! This company is a gem! They are the ones who will do their job and you do not need to follow them and check if it was done well. They do it right from the start! Thank you Paul and your crew! Now I am going to do new windows on the facade of my building and it will be Emerald windows!

My storm door would not open and after many attempts to find someone to help (locksmith, door manufacturer, even neighbors) I called Emerald to see if they had any suggestions. I had bought a window from them last year and remembered how wonderful and professional everyone was there at Emerald. I was connected to Paul and he agreed to come out to look at the door and see if he could at least get it open for me. Even though he is extremely busy and they don't usually do that type of repair work he came to my home and got the door open. He also explained to me the problem. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to Paul and Emerald for being such wonderful and caring people. I tell everyone to buy their windows/doors from Emerald Windows because of how they treat their customers -- past and present.

The project went very well. Installers were punctual and profession. The project was schedule for 2 days. Work was performed within the 2 day time period. The owner and the installers were responsive to my concerns and requests during the project. The installers clean up each day. The installers were concerned about the quality of their work. It was a very good experience and I would use Emerald windows again.

They did an excellent job. They were fast, professional, and just did a great job. They were clean and we were very happy with the service and the price.

This was my third project with Emerald, and they did a great job again. As with the early projects, the estimate was done in barely half an hour. No obnoxious 3 hour long history of windows, no hard sell. The price was comparable to other contractors without the gimmicks. Problems came up during installation, as always, but they handled them without a complaint - even though it was 10 degrees outside and 40 degrees inside.

I was contact by he project manager, Todd Curry, and he came out the first time to show the products and give me an estimate. He made a second visit to finalize the project. He was always extremely prompt, patient, and knowledgeable and was at my home by 7am each time to ensure that I got to work at a reasonable time. This was greatly appreciate. We went over the project, he explained the process in detail, took measurements and on the second visit he brought the supervisor in order for him to see what I wanted and take a second set of measurements. On the day of the project, my only disappointment, was that I didn't get to see the PM because he was away. However, the supervisor had the instructions and my son-in-law remained for the entire installation. When I arrived home I was more than pleased with the outcome and my selection. The quality of the product as well as the quality of the workmanship was extremely satisfying because you never know what you are going to get; only what you have to pay. They did an incredible job and my home is sealed. I'm a stickler for finished product and this was excellent; front and back. I love my doors and window and my energy cost is also down. I've had four months to notice a distinct change in my heating bill; I've only had to fill up twice. By now it would have been at least 3-4 times. Finally, I've received many compliments from my neighbors on the job and that's always nice to hear. More importantly, I'm happy and it was an investment that has reaped many benefits for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to everyone. Sorry for the delay but I had to see if their workmanship could stand up to my 6 grandchildren who are always at my home, one dog and one cat. I haven't had to call them back for a repair, so that speaks volumes. Thank you Emerald Windows Inc.

My initial call was followed up promptly by the onsite inspection. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand. The work was done on schedule, the installers were courteous, and their work was (and is) high-quality. They even replaced a broken pane in a window that was not part of the installation project--and at no extra charge. Old windows and all other construction debris was picked up and taken away as part of the complete project. These guys were very professional; the project was a pleasant experience.

I got a few quotes before having the work done, and had 3 companies come out. Not only did Emerald have the most competitive price, but I felt the most comfortable with Todd. He was very straightforward and professional, and didn?t try to oversell me on things I didn?t need. He understood my priorities, which was important ? one company talked at length about how my window would look from the outside?but the window faces a small alley, and then into my neighbor?s kitchen. Neither window is visible from the street, and therefore this aspect was not at all important to me. Todd did not make me sit through an hour-long presentation, but did provide me information on his product that I could review on my own time, and answered my questions promptly. Whenever I called or e-mailed, he got right back to me. It took a few weeks after settling on Emerald to have the work done, but I understand that the fall is a busy time of year for this sort of thing. The work itself took a few more hours than estimated, but given that the build-up was involved, I had prepared for this possibility. The men who came out to do the work were professional, and took their time (efficient, but not trying to rush). They kept me involved and showed me what they were doing, and even noticed a small hole in one of the screens and made sure to get it replaced. The only problem was that I had asked for frosted glass in one of the windows, but Todd called me the morning of the installation to let me know that regular glass had accidentally been ordered. This was an inconvenience, but I appreciated him identifying the problem himself. The regular glass was installed, and as promised, someone came out and swapped out the frosted sashes once they arrived (this took another few weeks, unfortunately, but Emerald did waive the cost for the frosting, which I appreciated and thought was appropriate). I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to others.

Overall the process went smoothly. Folks were incredibly responsive when we first reached out for an estimate. They came to the house, measured the windows and gave us an estimate after we selected the types of windows and doors we were looking for. We selected everything down to the color and shape of the door knocker in order to get the quote - therefore it was very accurate and didn't cost a penny more. Once our windows and door were in (took about 3-5 weeks because they had to be custom made), the team came out and replaced 4/5 window and the door in a day. The work was very well done - you couldn't even tell that the frames of the windows were taken out and replaced - they made sure everything went back in place and it looked great. We have old windows with very old, multi-layered molding - all that was maintained well with the window replacement. The first time they came, there were a couple hiccups including a wrong size window and a missing door peephole. The company quickly fixed those and came back and got it all done in a timely manner. Part of the reason we were replacing the windows was because they leaked when there was a heavy rain. We've gotten a few big rainstorms and not a leak on the front window. They did a great job!

Todd and his team are the best. They are what you wish every contractor could be. Prompt, courteous, they do great work, and they communicate. Plus they treat your home with respect. The work the perform is top notch. I could not be happier with them.

I called Emerald Windows and spoke with someone in the office, who told me that Todd Curry would call me back the next day. In fact he called me back about 20 minutes later! He came out to my home for an estimate and explained everything clearly, without trying to sell me anything that i didn't need. He followed up with an estimate via email, and responded to all my return emails very promptly. Once we agreed on a plan for the windows, he accompanied the lead carpenter (Paul) back to my home to take measurements. When my windows arrived, he scheduled me for a 2-day installation as early as possible. The installers (Brandon and Quincy) did a remarkably good job. They cleaned up after themselves to the point where, except for beautiful new windows, you would never know they had been there! They were polite, professional, and thorough, and the installed windows look flawless. Everyone arrived for each appointment on time. All the rave reviews for this company are absolutely true. If i decide to replace the rest of the windows in my home, i will only consider Emerald Windows. I only wish i had friends in the area who needed new windows so i could recommend them!

Our salesman Paul was on time and very helpful. He gave us options and kept us informed of the progress of our order. The installers were also prompt and were attentive to detail. They cleaned up everything and left no debris.

Their service was great. They were awesome and I have recommended them to everyone. They were on time and there was no pressure to buy anything.

Went perfectly! Crew was professional, friendly, clean and fast. First day of a two day job they removed and replaced the window units and did the bath bumpout. Second day they finished up. Couldn't be more pleased!! Would use again.

We love the transformation. It was professionally done and fits neatly into our older home--both inside and outside. I would definitely use Emerald Windows again.

They were very professional and did everything as they said they would do. We did most communication via email which made things easier.

The work crew was excellent. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. They were also friendly and professional. We had a couple of windows that had to be replaced because of manufacturing defects, but not because of them itself.

Emerald installed 7 vinyl replacement windows for us. We did not decide to go with the capping option and instead stayed with our older, existing, wooden window frames... both Todd and Gill had respect for the original elements of our house and encouraged us to keep those components as is. This earned my respect... They were not trying to oversell, but rather had respect for our house's originality. Todd organized everything for us... He was very respectful, thorough, and receptive. He listened to our needs and gave sound advise. Gill's team installed the windows. They were punctual, respectful, clean and well seasoned in their trade. I took off work the day of installation so I witnessed the whole process. Gill's team covered the floors throughout the whole house so they wouldn't get damaged. They always pulled me aside and asked how I wanted to proceed when they had installion options. Overall, the windows look great and I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Emerald.

The result is excellent. The installer, Gil, was very professional and meticulous about the quality of the workmanship. They cleaned up completely after the job and hauled away all of the debris. Everything went very well. I have used Emerald windows before and I will use them again for doors or windows.

The workers for this company explained exactly what they were going to do before they did it, which was nice. They were somewhat expensive but for what they did and the way they cleaned up, I thought they were great. They removed a huge window from my home that had been there since about 1865 and the newly installed windows look great. I highly recommend them.

I have used this company on more than one occason. All my windows in my house are from Emerald's (14 of them) They were always punctual, and the quality superb! The guys doing the work were great. They cleaned up afterwards so they left the house the way it was. Neat and tidy. Their cost isn't the cheapest out there, but you pay for what you get here. You can't always put a price tag on quality and performance. Never tried selling you extras you didn't need and they have also done framing when needed. Highly recommend them and of course will continue to use them.

They're good workers and knowledgeable about their work. The product they put in is excellent. The window looks really good. Gilbert and Quincy are very good workers, they installed the window for me.

Emerald was a pleasure to deal with the entire time. The job was completed on time, the staff was friendly, they cleaned up after themselves...truly no complaints. And the work was perfect. The windows function wonderfully and look great. The custom-built section couldn't look better. A year-plus out, and we are still very happy.
