Description of Work: Installed 23 windows and 1 door. Fantastic quality prodict and work for cheaper than Home Depot or Lowes.

Description of Work: Todd was perfectly punctual, sized up our needs quickly, and sent us a written estimate that was for much less than we thought. His installers were fast and friendy. I wish we had more windows so we could get these guys to come back. I think Emerald is great.

Description of Work: He came to give me an estimate for new windows. He came on time, was very professional, and informed me that complete replacement wasn't necessary and how I could better spend my money to resolve the issue. He gave me a lot of information, and was low pressure. His recommendations were for services other than what he provided, so he was willing to take money out of his pocket to make sure I got the most bang for my buck.

Description of Work: Todd and his team did an amazing job. One set of leaded windows was restored by another company at Todd's recommendation. The remaining 14 windows were installed by Emerald on time and on budget. The job was completed over two days, everything was clean upon departure and the overall quality was excellent. in addition, my interaction with everyone associated with the company was professional and stress-free. As a point of comparison, I had called a national chain and received a vague quote and no follow up for installation. If you contract with Emerald, you'll get great windows from a local, responsive vendor at a fair price.

Description of Work: Emerald replaced 7 windows in our newly purchased rental property. They gave us multiple estimate pricing options given that it was a rental property. They were timely on arrival and replaced panes that had rotted over years of neglect. They did a fantastic job were professional and clean. Presently having them replace windows in my primary home.

Description of Work: The men came to my home to install 8 windows. They were very professional and prompt. They knew what they were doing. They took all my curtains down, they even took the plants out of the windows. Each one of them seem to have a special professional asset. Some of them removed the old windows, some of them measured for correct installation of the new windows, one brave soul ever got on the ladder to cork the outside of the windows. They cleaned up all of the mess they made. I am very happy with the outcome of their work. I will be calling the company to install one or more doors for me. I also would like to say that when I called for an estimate of 16 windows to be replaced I was told that I only needed the 8 that I got. That took a person that is honest to not try to profit off of my lack of knowledge, Thanks to you Todd Curry!! Thank to all involved in installing those beautiful windows.

Description of Work: SO FAR, EVERYONE WHO I HAVE ENCOUNTERED WITH IN THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN EXCEPTIONALLY KIND, PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. TODD SPENT A LONG TIME AT MY HOUSE FOR AN IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS OF MY OPTIONS FOR CHANGING WINDOWS IN A HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD. THIS IS A SPECIALTY OF THEIRS, AND HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HISTORIC COMMISSION'S POLICIES. I WILL BE DOING THIS JOB IN THE FUTURE, BUT IN THE MEANTIME, HE HAD SOMEONE PICK UP MY STORM WINDOW FOR REPAIR AND DROP IT BACK OFF, SO THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO TAKE IT MYSELF, OR PAY HOUSE SERVICE FEES. THEY ARE WONDERFUL: HIRE THEM!
