They did a great job. They were fast and efficient. I went to work and came home to a cleaned out house. They even smashed up furniture to make sure it wouldn't take up much room in the dumpster. IDE recommend them to anyone and use them again for all types of work!!!! Thanks again Elvis! Yeah.

Elvis Movers caused damage to our furniture and destination townhouse during our July 2014 move. They guaranteed the quality of their services and stated that they would repair any damages they caused. Elvis requested that we obtain estimates for required repairs and submit these to them. We provided this information and made about a dozen follow up calls over the last 12 weeks. Elvis fails to complete required repairs, make payment to me to make repairs or to make any settlement offer/counter-offer.

This is NOT a professional moving company - use at your own risk and have low expectations.

The three young men who moved me were on time, professional and courteous: they were also very patient because the storage facility did not have its act together. Wanda, the manager was always available at the other end of the phone line and she responded promptly to all my emails.The price was...well dirt cheap - almost $200 less than other prices I was quoted. Now, part of this was due to the fact that I did not require shrink wrap. I am a totally satisfied customer.

The initial move went well; the men arrived on time and did the job as they were supposed to. It wasn't until after when I was unpacking that I noticed a few items were missing, totaling close to $500. I had a couple of boxes that were not taped, just a lid placed on top. I called and left a message with the receptionist at Elvis Dirt Cheap and she informed me I would hear back from the manager within 48 hours, I never heard back from anyone at Elivs. I had a piece of furiture that was broken during the move, I was not concerned with that, I understand items may be damaged while moving, but to have items turn up missing is unacceptable! I paid for a service, tipped and this is how I am treated, disgraceful!

It was a disaster both days!! These people are not movers. They're a demolition team!! They were HOURS late the first day. By the second leg of the move I find out they DAMAGED A LOT OF MY FURNITURE!! They cracked my sliegh bed head and foot board. They ripped two box springs and one mattress. They ripped the seat of a bar stool.They ripped a giant plant that had semtimental value out of the dirt and pot and cracked another big flower pot.They broke chunks of wood off an expensive wooden TV console stand and severely scratched it. They also did not pack the boxes and plastic totes properly in the storage unit in the basement. The workers were complaining about being tired from the previous job. When I complained about the damage their response was that it wasn't them but the other guys from the previous day. It was two different set of movers. Then I was told I had to file a complaint within 72 hours of the move. So I did and was told they would make good on all damaged items. That I shouldn't go through their insurance company because I would fare better dealing with them directly. So I tried to work with them being they are a small company but they are liars and they stall and try to get over on me for five months now. That is when they weren't totally ignoring my phone calls and emails. Five months later they have not resolved this complaint in the least! They are crooks, shiesterss and liars. I don't think they even have insurance although I was assured they did and were bonded. That's the lie they tell perspective customers. I was also told they are professional movers but that is another lie. I could have enlisted some drug addicted homeless men to do better than all this damage they did and for a lot less! Elivis Dirt Cheap employees and managers [and I think that Jackson is the owner] came to my home on three different occassions to inspect the damage. Different people each time and not a dime has been paid. I took pictures when I filed the complaint so all that was unnecessary. They know it was a legitimate complaint. When I talk to that idiot Jackson on the phone he hurries off asking for 24 hours to get back to you and you never hear from him again. He did that to me twice. Once in my home and the other time on the phone. He also never responded to any of my calls or emails. When I was finally tired of the stall tactics I told both managers or whatever they are that I'd take my chances with their insurance company but they won't give me the information to file with an insurance company. They ignored several inquiries on how to proceed filing an insurance claim. The bums don't have any insurance, I think. They are not willing to do the right thing and pay me a reasonable amount for all the damage either. I have had to finally make my complaint to other legal avenues. It will probably end up in court. I have had to go buy another bed with my money! I will have to do the same for the mattresses and box spring and everything else they ruined. Straining my budget because of what they did and they could care less. They make noises like they will do the right thing but they don't. I spent ove $700 for them to tear up my stuff and even more money replacing it. I had good furniture too not cheap junk. If you are moving...don't use ELVIS DIRT CHEAP MOVING and STORAGE unless you want a nightmare experience. Marlene
