After 2 days of "analyzing" the electrical system and figuring out what was required, Steve, the associate, didn't show up for work. He came back 2 days later. At that time, all the new supplies were in the basement, ready to be installed. He never got around to it! The next day, I got a call from John Chambers, telling me that Steve had been fired. I expected John to come and finish the job. He refused to and never even showed up at the job site. Although, an online company recommended him and claimed he was licensed, I found out that John does NOT have a license in Philadelphia! At the end, I was at about the same point, when I first hired John Chambers, minus $2,000.00 in expenses! John never took responsibility for taking on this job!
Description of Work: After a bad experience with an electrician, I contacted John Chambers. He said he would send his associate over to look at the job. It required basic hook-up for a renovation in a SF house that had been left by the previous electrician. Steve, his associate looked over the job and gave me a long list of materials to buy. John Chambers wanted to be paid on an hourly basis by the end of each day. I should have known better!
