This review was a long time coming. In no way was it a reflection on the work performed. About 6 months ago we decided to have our outdated kitchen remodeled and it grew into the Dining room and then the Living room. Living around any type of remodeling is a sure test of your sanity. The work performed by Sam was second to none. Armed with the kitchen plans and our wish list we left him to what he does best; creating a well thought out wiring and functional lighting layout. After the kitchen crew did their demolition in the kitchen what was exposed was the handy work of the previous owner. It made me sick and I wondered if it ever could be corrected. The previous owner was not a wiring genius. A few sleepless nights ensued until Sam arrived. In one day he transformed what was a nightmare into something that was clean and professional looking. Thank you Sam! Our old kitchen had one light and that was at the wrong end of the room. The choice of under counter and recessed lighting was left up to Sam. I think we told him we wanted it bright and functional. He delivered on both. A nice addition was a receptacle that had USB charging ports and it gets used all the time. He handled all the permits and inspections which ever homeowner should insist get done. I hope that the attached pictures tell the rest of the story. If you hire Sam you will not regret it. He will deliver to your project Quality and Professionalism and not to mention a fair and competitive price.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The jobs above were performed on two separate days. Sam came before each project and provided an estimate. He was courteous and professional. He was also able to work on the weekend which was great for my schedule. His estimate was clear and he did not charge any more than he originally quoted. The work went well, tried to minimize the dust and debris, and cleaned up after he finished. The lights were installed about a year ago and the service and box 2 months ago. No complaints at all. I found his price to be fair, in-line with what I expected. When I have some more electrical work in the future, I will definitely call Sam.
