After a site visit and review of our detailed list of electrical requirements, Steve generated a quote that beat estimates from other electricians by at least 20%. Price was not the only factor that we considered. Steve's personable yet honest and straightforward approach combined with his many years of experience as a Master Electrician and as a lighting sales expert gave us the confidence that the job would be performed as promised. There was an initial delay on the start of our project as Steve worked to finish previously existing projects, which did concern us at first, but once the work began, Steve worked tirelessly and thoughtfully to ensure that all of our needs were met. Steve also collaborated with other contractors on-site to provide cost-effective solutions to newly discovered challenges, both electrical and non-electrical. The fact that Steve looked beyond the task at hand and always kept the bigger picture in mind was particularly impressive. Steve also communicated effectively with city inspectors and the 3rd party electrical inspection agency which kept the project moving in a timely fashion. There was little deviation from the originally quoted price, despite some of the new challenges that surfaced as the job progressed. Overall we were very impressed with Steve's integrity, experience, positive mind-set, and natural problem-solving ability. He was an advocate for our new business and genuinely wanted to see us succeed in our new cafe venture.
