+ -1 moreThey came, assessed a strategy for cleaning weekly that would keep the house in a good condition on a regular basis. They were efficient, switching the areas they clean every other week so that the house was maintained properly on a budget that I could afford.
Description of Work: Terra and Calvin have been an amazing asset to our family.They are fair on pricing and do a great job. I always feel happy walking into my home after they have cleaned. They were always on time and consistent in their work performance.

+ 0 moreThey’ve done a very good job. I think the guy’s name is Eddie and he does very good work. My overall experience with them was very good. Their price was not bad for rug cleaning. I’m going to call them again. Their quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were all very good. I will use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Eco Friendly Maids for house cleaning. I last used their services about three weeks ago. They did the general house cleaning and they also cleaned my rug.

+ -1 moreThey were very pleasant and enjoyable to have in my home. They were very good and did a great job. They were very time efficient and got everything done that they said that they would.
Description of Work: They came and mopped my kitchen floor. Vacuumed throughout the house. Then they collected my recyclables and got them ready to take to the recycling center.

+ -1 moreThey missed a lot of things that should not have been missed. They were very bad at cleaning the woodwork. They missed the lighting in the bathroom. They missed the headboard of both of our beds. For the money that we paid I feel it wasn't a very good job.

Description of Work: Total Quality sends house cleaners out on a periodic basis that you establish. We use them every other week. They are consistently good. Pricing is a bit better than most. They advertise other services too, such as snow removal.
