Description of Work: Had problems bleeding radiators. Called another provider who succeeded in causing water damage to my home, then told me to call someone else to fix. Since I live in Philly, needed a provider who works in Philly ANDt would be responsive and reasonably priced. Bill returned our call in a matter of minutes, though he was booked solid, came right out and discovered a badly broken pipe. He and Danny repaired it and, HOORAY! We have heat!!!!! Thank you Bill.

Description of Work: I called the company to have my boiler serviced because they specialized on old homes. The owner was able to send someone in a few days, it was a Friday when I called and I had service on Monday. The plumber was polite and knowledgeable about my system. He cleaned the burners, filled the water pressure and bleed all the radiators. He left the basement clean and neat after he was done. He recommended what I needed to do in the future. When asked about future projects I had in mind he was helpful with the answers. The price was very reasonable. I will be calling them back for more work, I have a kitchen faucet that needs to be replaced.

Description of Work: Mr. Bierman responded to an email swiftly on a holiday weekend. He used a quality heater, gave a fair price, was timely, flexible and professional. I recommend. $775 for 40 Gallon Bradford heater and installation

Description of Work: east falls plumbing repaired a leak in the waste line in my basement. i called bill on thursday and he responded immediately. he asked me to trouble shoot the problem to determine if it was the waste line or a problem with water penetrating the exterior of the house. After I determined it was a plumbing problem, I emailed a photo to him. He called back to schedule an appointment for saturday and estimated the cost at $125. He arrived between the 10-11 slot and solved the problem before 11. They were fast, friendly, and efficient.

Description of Work: Bill was prompt and professional. I called late Friday afternoon after my hot water heater busted and flooded my basement. Bill called back within minutes and agreed to come the next morning. Early Sat he stopped by determine what hebwould need. Returned promptly and installed the new heater. He also fixed a busted pipe in the basement bathroom. While working in the basement bathroom, the toilet broke. Bill took full responsibility and repaced the toilet. On Thursday he returned to replace the tub faucet and adjust the upstairs toilet. We highly recommend East Falls Plumbing.

Description of Work: i called this plumber a few minutes ago to ask abouy pricing. he didn't answer his phone with his company name; he just said hello. As i attempted to explain the work i needed done he said " let me stop you right there. i'm going on vacation in a few weeks, and i'm not taking any new jobs. I found him to be very unprofessional & I will not be calling him back.

Description of Work: Plumbers installed our new hot water heater, 2 toilets, and 1 faucet. Overall we feel they did an excellent job. Nice guys and were done in a day. Prices were fair as well as competitive. Layed out drop cloths and were very neat Will use again.
