Description of Work: I don't remember exactly when [but it was recent] or how much the service was. I had an eroded seal in my bathroom commode and they came and fixed it. Very pleasant plumber, was thorough in that he made sure there were no more leaks before he left. Good job. I would recommend him.

Description of Work: Replace kitchen faucet, Replace and move outside faucet. repair bathroom toilet. They do nice work.

Description of Work: EFPH replaced a ruptured line. Bill was great, and took the time to look at some problem spots around the house while his employees were working on the main job. I would use EFPH again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Service included installation of a new hot water heater and removal of the old one. Supplier was thorough, honest and fast in responding to all inquiries and questions. I felt very comfortable with their level of competence. My only recommendation is that they be more careful with heavy equipment as there was some damage to my wood floor, and that they remove or cover shoes when working in a house.

Gave advice on A/C unit leakage, actually just needed a shake |as float (?) jammed. Noted main gas main eroded and will give price for replacement. |They were very nice and helpful.

Description of Work: I contacted East Falls plumbing after the previous plumber I contacted was a "No Show". Having a problem with a leak but I have no idea where it is coming from. Bill or East Falls worked with me to set up an appointment, I had my neighbor let him in since I am at work during the day. He arrived as scheduled and although he is not sure of where the leak is coming from - he re-caulked around the bath tub and bled the radiator, (which is where I thought the leak was) although he thinks not. Not sure if this solved the problem as it doesn't leak on a consistent basis so I will have to wait till the winter when the radiators go on to see if the problem has really been fixed. I would recommend East Falls Plumbing and would use them in the future.

Description of Work: Checked for reason for plumbing leak at front door. Identified the problem as leak in bathroom upstairs. Gave the cost for repair and then proceeded to make the repairs. Then cleared a bathroom sink and discussed the options for replacement of a kitchen faucet. Promptly replaced pipes and bathroom faucet set and caulked. Everything was done efficiently and communication was clear. The only issue was that the helper caulked over old plumbing tape instead of removing it. When I called and asked about that Bill was back in a short time with the helper who he then had remove the old plumbing tape and re caulk the spigot. This time the helper did a much tidier job of caulking and apologized for not getting it right the first time. We will use East Falls again when the need arises. Bill is personable and knowledgeable and efficient. I was impressed with how quickly he responded when I called with my complaint.
