I had two leaking toilets in need of repair. Danny, the plumber arrived about 1/2 hour before the appointed time and went to work on the repairs. As he was repairing the basement toilet, he brought to my attention another water leak coming from old iron pipes located behind my basement toilet. I asked Danny if he could fix the problem. He said that he could, and made those repairs the very same day. The space behind my basement toilet is small but Danny was very pleasant and professional as he went about his work. The finished jobs look great. Everything is working as it should. He did a very good job!

I am happy with them. We didn’t have any problems after they serviced the clog we had.

I sent them an email with questions I wanted answered. I misspelled his last name in the email and it didn?t reach him. He texted me letting me know he hadn?t gotten my email, but told me he was too busy to help me now. He could have asked if there was a problem since he hadn?t gotten my email, I felt that his response was rude. I would have appreciated a more courteous response. He could have been more professional with how he addressed the situation, you would expect the contractor to be understanding if the customer is willing to work with them. I did call and leave a voicemail, but he never responded. If he rectifies this situation I would still use him, I would give him a second chance.

Bill was very professional and most importantly for me, was very good at helping me understand what he was going to do and why. The goal was to improve the plumbing leading up to my on demand tankless hot water heater in hopes this would keep it from turning itself off and improve the functioning. We had installed the heater as a DIY project and we really botched the plumbing. Black pipe and bad copper joints that leaked. He totally fixed that. Unfortunately the heater is a piece of junk and will most likely need to be replaced for a better one, but the plumbing to do it right is now in place.As far as the bathroom work, I have not been able to use the tub, only the shower, due to rusted and missing knobs. Tub was rust stained from drips from the knobs. Bill ripped it all out and replaced it with modern stuff that works. He was clear in his communications, explained things well, listened to my sometimes clueless questions, was always polite, worked hard all day and did a great job. I am renovating and repairing my house inch by inch and the most challenging part of it has been finding the right people to do the job. Well, I have found my plumber, that is for sure. I will definitely have him back when it's time to do more work on my plumbing and heating system. He is great to work with.

They did a great job. They were responsive and communicative. They finished on time and used the diagnostic equipment that I requested.

Excellent. Bill is responsive, courteous, and efficient. His guys arrived early and did a beautiful job. I might add that Bill came to my home twice to review the job, because the first time there was a misunderstanding about whether the lines would be accessed through the floor or the crawl space. Bill was calm about the misunderstanding and did what he needed to close the loop and perform the task.

I sent a picture of the problem and was able to get an estimate quickly. The person who came out to do the job was on-time and friendly. The job was completed within a few hours. I will use this company again!

We needed a kitchen gas supply line moved. They gave a very reasonable estimate ($175) over the phone and came promptly at the time agreed to perform the work. The work was performed efficiently and with evident pride in doing a top quality job, even on a small task like ours. Because the new location for the gas line was hard into our thick stone walls, the job required some very awkward excavation and was far harder than they could reasonably have expected when making the initial estimate over the phone. I was very impressed how well equipped they were to handle the unexpected, that there was no hint of grumbling or complaint, and that they didn?t ask for a penny more than the original estimate when the job was completed (though they so clearly should have done that I insisted on paying something extra anyway).

Bill was able to come over on a Saturday. He called in the morning to let me know he was available earlier, and arrived shortly after. Bill and his assistant worked quickly and hooked everything up. The person who sold us our house had not fully completed all the necessary receptacles in the washer dryer space, nor did they build in any access panels. Because of the way the space was designed, the hot/cold hoses were too short to allow someone back there to hook it up without getting stuck back there. (Believe me, if I had any say in it, it would have just been in the basement!) Bill hooked things up and then literally climbed over the back of the stacked washer/dryer. He and his assistant moved the unit back into place and adjusted the feet so it was stabilized. Overall, it was great. It was done quickly and thoroughly!

We own a Manayunk rental property, but have recently moved to Dallas, TX. My tenant called to say that they noticed a leak in the basement. As one can imagine this puts us in a fairly vulnerable situation being an out of state property owner. I needed to find an honest plumber with great communication skills to help me. After reviewing many companies I chose Bill. He was extremely prompt with getting back to me, and even went to look at the job on a Sunday afternoon. The job was complete within the week and his level of communication was amazing. We would highly recommend East Falls Plumbing to anyone needing their services!

He was very nice, responsive and professional but I'm not real sure about his overall skill as a plumber but on the other hand, I don't have a lot of experience with him to base that all, just what experience I did have. I would consider using them for small things.

Contacted Bill on Friday about a pipe that suddenly broke under my Kitchen sink as well as an outstanding issue with drain leakage caused by a previous contractor. Bill and his crew were out that Saturday. He diagnosed the drain problem at no charge and discovered the previous contractors fix the leak. He also replaced the pipes under my sink w/ a 90 day warranty. No fuss...They were in & out in less than 20-30 minutes. I highly recommend and will do business with them anytime!

Responded within an hour of call. Had to order a special sprayer and replace as soon as it arrived the next day.

Bill and his assistant did a great job repairing our leaking baseboard radiator. He was on-time, the price was reasonable, the workmanship was excellent and he left the area clean and neat. I would definitely recommend him.

Bill was great! He was responsive to my emails, and he provided an estimate for his work before setting up an appointment. He had a job before ours, so he promised to call when he was on his way. He did just that and brought another plumber to help him. They reinstalled three toilets, which were rocking and making a weird squishing noise. And they looked over our water heater and bled the system. Bill took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Both men had a sense of purpose--they didn't waste any time getting to work, and everything was done within two hours. The price was extremely reasonable for the work performed, and we are very happy to have found him.

I ultimately didn't use him, but I would rate the experience as being generally high. His professionalism, timeliness, coming out with the estimate, getting back to me, he explained to me a question I had, he was very courteous, makes him clearly a contractor I would use.

He came, found a problem, fixed the problem and left.

The experience was great -- fast, easy, and the price was right. The new water heater seems like a great product, and the individuals from the company that I interacted with were overall professional and friendly (though the team of guys who came to do the installation could have done a bit less talking on their cell phones about person issues, which is the only reason I can't give an A grade for professionalism). I would not hesitate to recommend East Falls to others, or consider them in the future.

We kept hearing water leak in our utility shaft while using our shower. We weren't able to pinpoint the exact location of the leak. Bill's knowledge of Philadelphia rowhomes made him confident in opening our wall in the precise location of the leak. Bill and his assistant quickly fixed the leak and instructed us about watching/listening for any future leaks. We contacted Bill on a Sunday, and he responded very quickly via email, where we were able to schedule a visit on the following Tuesday. He was very easy to work with and we would hire him again for any future plumbing problems.
