They never returned my call. Were very discouraging with our issues. The receptionist was rude and she told me that she could not have anyone come out for at least ten days. This was something that needed to be done in a quicker manor obviously so I asked if she could talk to the supervisor to let me know if anything opened up and like I said I never heard back from them.

Did not go well. Their price was pretty good. He came on time for the first appointment. Aaron came and looked around for a while. Couldn't find anything but some signs of rat droppings. Following him I searched underneath one of the cabinets and found a rat nesting. He had to go and buy a box in order to catch it (how do you come to a job without any boxes?) and came back after an hour. He tried to catch the rat who ran away under the dishwasher which he left without a cover as he was searching for it. He left 2 traps-said that's all he had and said he would come back first thing the next day. I waited for a few hours and he never showed up. I ended up catching the rate myself with other traps I bought. He finally called back in the evening to see what is going on after I left a few messages. I told him we took care of the problem and he said the office will call me to schedule a follow up visit for the other work. They never called or billed me.

Great! Was very detailed, cleaned up at the end, was very polite. Also, they would get back to me immediately on the phone.

The company provided excellent service. The technician was prompt, courteous and friendly. He examined my entire home and then made the necessary recommendations for pest control treatments. He answered all of my questions and returned a week later (without charging me a fee) to inspect his work.
