Description of Work: Called to obtain a quote for replacement of a roof drain connection to a pipe running through my house that was leaking. Roofing company set up an appointment from noon until 1 pm one day during the week. I waited at home during this time and he did not show up. Called and left a message with the roofer to reschedule, and he did not bother calling me back.
