+ -1 moreI wanted to take advantage of the new home buyer tax credit before the end of the year and finally got hooked up with Dru she got me a great rate 5.25% through her mortgage source and started sending me homes with my specifications. I'm a procrastinator, but Dru was able to make the process easier by weeding through all the listings and finding ones that worked for me. She also made looking at houses fun. She has a very friendly and upbeat attitude that seems to carry through the whole process. I've heard horror stories from friends about not being able to get ahold of their agents and paperwork mistakes, but my experience with Dru was stress free and she always managed to answer when I called. I never had to wait around for her. As far as my friends experiences with real estate agents go I think I got very very lucky.
Description of Work: Dru Marice set me up with a great mortgage company that got me a 5.25% interest rate and she showed me close to forty houses this summer before helping me find the perfect fit.
