Description of Work: Extremely positive experience. Dan came to our home, measured the area we are interested in remodeling, and went over the process with us. Over the next couple of weeks we worked with one of his designers to come up with a complete set of plans for the remodel, including specific appliances and materials, all falling within our budget. The designer provided a 3D render of what the kitchen would look like, and we found this to be extremely helpful and very high quality. These plans are sufficient enough to provide to any contractor (not just DRemodeling) so we were not locked in to choosing them to actually perform the work. An incredible value for $75. Based on our experience so far, we are likely to chose DRemodeling to perform the actual remodeling work as well. Highly positive experience.

Description of Work: We worked with Dan to get our backsplash completed. They did great work and were punctual and professional. We had a slight item for them to come back and fix and that was done without any issues.

Description of Work: We want to have our kitchen remodeled and this company appears highly rated..I completed the online request for a consultation that included work desired and approximate amount budgeted. I never heard anything and finally called. I was told the scheduler would get ack to me. Got an email confirming my Saturday appointment at 2p. On that say, I got a call from Dan, who was sitting in front of my house. I explained I couldn't see him now as my husband was not home and I expected him later in the day,at 2p. He suggested he could still come in and meet my husband at a later date. I declined as I had errands to run. He said he probably missed the appointment that was actually scheduled at ten. He left and we never heard another word. No apology and no opportunity to reschedule. Unimpressive.

Description of Work: I used Dan's website to leave a description of our job. His receptionist called us back the next day and set up an appointment for him to come out this Saturday morning at 10am. Dan never showed -- no call, no nothing. We are busy professionals and did not appreciate wasting time on a Saturday morning. If he didn't want the job, he should have called us to cancel the appointment. I expect better than this for a company that has generally very positive reviews. I see similar comments recently from other potential customers on here. I think Dan needs to have a better receptionist or scheduler - or simply not allow appointments to be made that he cannot keep. His receptionist was not the most professional on the phone, and I almost didn't even make an appointment. I wish now I hadn't.

Description of Work: dRemodeling did my kitchen renovation which turned out beautiful. Nice fellows who do very good work and I would not hesitate to call them again for my next project

Description of Work: Did not show up as scheduled for the introductary appointment therefore wasting my time to reschedule my day to wait for an appointment which did not happen,

Description of Work: I had a perimter basement waterproofing system installed by another company which resulted in the destruction of 145 feet of ceramic tiles from around the basement floor. It also required the removal of three feet of sheet rock that was molded. I needed to have the tiles replaced, the upper portion of the walls, doors and trim painted, ceiling tiles replaced and some work done on the bathroom. Dan and Mario from dRemodeling did a superb job. Dan arrived as scheduled for the estimate, carefully measured the job and took photographs. His team arrived promptly on the date scheduled to begin the job and completed it in a reasonable period of time. Whenever there were changes to the work plan, Dan e-mailed or called me for approval. The quality of the work was outstanding, the team was courteous and responsive at all times, and I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Did not proceed with renovation. Dan's pricing was a bit more than we planned to spend although his estimate provided a complete and detailed remodel project. We elected to do a more modest update. Dan was punctual, knowledgeable and very detailed. Would certainly consider using him in the future

Description of Work: Called this provider twice left messages and did not receive a call back which led us to go elsewhere.
