Service went well, Steve is the installer and he did an inpecable work.

I had a sales representative come out for an estimate, he was a hour late but that wasn't a major pain for me as I had the day off, and he did call 30 mins after scheduled time to at least give me a heads up. After the sales rep showed up we greeted and he asked me a couple odd questions, particular "So, do you work?". I could have taken it the wrong way but it felt more like an inquiry into my ability to afford the service than small talk. When I mentioned that I'd like to discuss the price of a front door and garage door the sales rep insisted that we discuss the garage door only for now and consider additional work after that, this also seemed a little odd. I'm kind of young to own a home in my area so I'm used to some odd remarks about being a home owner, so not a huge deal. Other than that it was a typical meeting, in the end I choose another contractor based on professionalism and price.

They were on time and the installer was knowledgeable. The door didn't close due to the strike plate but they did come back and fix it.

Ordered three storm doors. The salesperson spent more time discussing how expensive the doors were then trying to give information about the products. It seems that the buyer had to know both industry language and have technical expertise to do business with them as the explanations seemed slow in coming. After waiting almost 6 weeks, the doors were scheduled for install despite not having the hardware to complete the job for one door and the installer did not include the lock for another door despite having both items included in the contract. Both items were on the contract and they have to now come back. Very inconvenient. Additionally, when the front and secondary entrance storm doors were installed, the hinges don't match the doors or trim. The doors and trims are white with polished brass levers and locks - black hinges were installed and look very awkward. When I raised this issue (after calling and leaving 2 messages) I was very rudely told that they were standard and there was nothing to be done about that. Knowing that this isn't the case, based on the fact that most of the storm doors I've seen installed on other homes and since reviewed from other companies- this was a shock and terrible disappointment. To add insult to injury the rude person on the phone told me that he was going to "hang up now." ( There was no yelling, beratement or other discourteous speech involved) They might want to consider additional customer service training. Buyers beware. I'm still waiting for them to complete the order and to correct the mismatched hinges.

They showed up on time. They cleaned up more than good after themselves. They did a great job putting in the door. It looks very neat and accurate. The door and everything functions perfectly.

Although the people seemed nice, it seemed like they were very hesitant about coming out to replace these locks. Every time we called we heard an excuse like it was their busy season, etc. It made us feel that now because they moved to Philadelphia that they really didn t feel like coming out to us to take care of this problem.

These people installed my garage door. It broke recently and I called Twice for service. Got no Response!!!

I have bought seven doors from this company over the years. When there was a problem with a couple of locks, I called them and they sent someone out to fix them (this was when they were in Cherry Hill). Now my back door will not open. Last month I called to have some one come out. I was told a repair person would contact me in a couple of days. No one called. A week later I called again and was told this was their "busy season". My husband called and a explained that this is a fire hazard. He was told they would call back. He was not called back as promised. All I want is to have Doors Unlimited send a repair person out to my house and fix the lock. (We expect to pay for this service.) I believe a company should stand behind its product which is why I chose it in the first place. They are now in Philadelphia. I don't think they should forget about customers because they move - we haven't moved.

VERY EXPENSIVE AND TOOK 8 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY. THEY WERE HELPFUL IN THE DESIGN AND IN DETERMINING THE BEST PRODUCT FOR MY NEEDS.
