Never do business with this company. A telemarketer called my 81 year old dad and talked him into a chimney service. We ended up deciding to cancel. The same telemarketer called back to try and rebook the same service with him (I happened to be at his house and had picked up on the 2nd line) but at a higher price. Rose, the employee, told my dad that she had spoken to me and I wanted him to have the service done but that now it would cost more. I chimed in and said that wasn't the case at all- that we cancelled the service. She said yeah but you had it scheduled and I said yes, and we cancelled. She said but why. I said we're not interested. She said I need to know why. I said we're just not interested. She said well you scheduled it- what happened? I said we just don't want the service. She said well this is my job and you need to tell me why. I said what? No we don't. We're not interested. Period. Rose repeatedly insisted we NEEDED to tell her why. I said- excuse me. I don't know who you think you are but we don't need to tell you a thing. We are not interested in the service. That's it. We don't have to tell you a single thing. Rose proceeded to say "YOU'RE GOING TO GET F*CK*NG MURDERED" and hung up. Unbelievable. I can't imagine this is the first time she has handled herself this way. If this is the type of customer service that this company allows keep a wide berth! [*** Link removed ***]

This company took advantage of my mom being 86 years old and talked her into cleaning her chimney. They charged my mom $525.00 and they said when I called that they never did anything with the heater. They clearly took advantage of my mom because of her age.

Upon completing our home inspection, as required for the pending of my home, I was advised that the liner in my chimney was the wrong size. Since DNG installed it, who I found on Angie’s List, I contacted them and told them what I was told about the liner. After agreeing to come back and look at and/or replace the liner, they have scheduled to do so 3 times but have yet to show up. This is completely unacceptable. Bill K.
