I recently had the pleasure of having Derek and Steve from DMS Electric work on our home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From the very beginning, Derek was responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to delivering high-quality work. He confirmed appointments via text, kept us updated with his ETA, and was always on time. After moving into our new home, we discovered that it needed a number of electrical upgrades—new light and fan fixtures, additional outlets, and some serious troubleshooting on some issues. One entire wall of outlets wasn’t working, and many others weren’t grounded. Derek clearly explained the issues, presented multiple solutions, and made sure we understood each one. Derek and Steve have great attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction. It's clear that DMS Electric values building lasting relationships with their clients. They spent three days in our home and were respectful, courteous and personable. GREAT. Derek and his team came in, analyzed the issues, and presented OPTIONS for repairs - besides being a technical expert, Derek is a creative problem-solver. He and his crew were very reachable, flexible - after their initial visit, they were willing to come back to explain their proposal to the buyer to ensure that all the work met everybody’s needs. Once the scope of work was approved, they got the work done very quickly. To make things even better, their price was very competitive. I would absolutely hire them again, and would recommend them before anyone else to friends, family, and clients.
