GREAT. Derek and his team came in, analyzed the issues, and presented OPTIONS for repairs - besides being a technical expert, Derek is a creative problem-solver. He and his crew were very reachable, flexible - after their initial visit, they were willing to come back to explain their proposal to the buyer to ensure that all the work met everybody’s needs. Once the scope of work was approved, they got the work done very quickly. To make things even better, their price was very competitive. I would absolutely hire them again, and would recommend them before anyone else to friends, family, and clients.
