+ -1 moreProblem is with tech reps on the phone, it took 2 weeks of phone calls and them sending a new receiver before they sent someone to the house. I sure it is because we have the service plan, so the call is no cost to us, but if we had to pay for the call they would have been there the next day!
Description of Work: Repaired connection to receiver from sat dish, installed new ends on all cable. Great job by a super tech.

+ -1 moreI had some interactions with the service people at Dish Network and they were horrible. I got really mad at them. I'm still deciding whether I want to use them in the future. I have three months to decide, but it would probably be not.
