I will highly recommend them and use them, again for all of our HVAC needs.

It went pretty well. Haven't had any problems since.

The service man found the issue that plagued our heating. It turned out the be a electrical problem never the less the technician was also knowledgeable in electrical so the problem was easily fixed.

Stanley, Darnell and other crew members were very professional and informative. I had an issue after the initial cleaning, however, they came right back out to address it and pointed me in the right direction as to my next steps. I'm a happy consumer.

Couldn't have been any better. They showed up on-time, did the work, verified it was proper. A totally class act. They are on the top of my list now for any heating system work I'll need now.

He is a great communicator, and his follow up is wonderful to make sure everything was done properly and is in working order.

I would recommend them to anyone. They were outstanding.

To my surprise i had a very small refrigerant leak. Dewitt technician was very professional, knowlegable and curtious and explained my options for permenant repair. I was surprised the technicain was not trying to sell me a fix, but was giving me options for repair according to my budget.

It went well. He was very kind and professional.

Unfortunate I hired this co, sad, read on please, on a Friday during a heat wave....I saw a groupon deal for 99 tune up plus a lb of R22 Freon, hmmmm I thought nice I can get my unit recharged.......they sent a very nice man out, however he did not know what he was doing, (I did not know at time) did not give me enough Freon as he stated, hooked a (I don't think I needed (new) capacitor on, and over charged me) a new capacitor ugh, after he left my house was hotter in the heat wave then before, they would not come to do a fix on weekend, :(.....SO I call Horizon a real co, who came, fixed and showed me ALL the pressure gauges on the Freon and compressor, thus confirming my suspicion of barely any chilliness coming out, IT WAS NOT FILLED....and showed me the capacitor was actually wired wrong (SAW WITH MY OWN EYES) SRSLY the wire that was supposed to go to the compressor was hooked onto fan only, no wire to compressor GEE...really! I think what a rip off, plus 1.5 less Freon was in my lines, if Horizon did not check out this other guys and companies work, yikes, could of burnt out my whole system, and compressor which would of cost me thousands, so I overpaid DeWitt....called them on a side note: customer service wanted to come Monday late in day mind you this is during the heat wave, as I would not let the same man come, however my child has asthma, I needed this fixed!!!, they let me down badly, were unwilling to come on a weekend to fix their what a rip, I think not, I had to pay to get my central fixed by another company, they told me they would send me 50 dollars to appease me, never got it, I could NOT recommended this company, nor would I bother wasting your money, you get you pay for bypass the groupon and coupon deals they suck you in and rip you off with employees whom I should of asked if they were really licensed HVAC techs, a total loss of money for me…..don't waste your time, there charlatans…consumer beware!

First we went through Select Home Warrantee to Dewitt. As Select home warrantee cannot pay the rate that any contractor is asking, so we call Dewitt and tell them we will pay them out of our own pocket, as it was so hot and we cannot wait. Dewitt did come on site on time as promised. But we cannot appreciate the professionalism and quality of the work that Dewitt provided. The guy only put the gauge to measure the Freon pressure, the whole time they spent on the unit is less than 5 minutes, and then they said there is a leak, when we asked them to help us to find out where is the leak, he said it requires to dismantle the whole unit and very expensive process($800 to $1700 to repair it). For this 5 minute, Dewitt charged us $100. We told them if we have a flat tire, we do not need them to put a gauge to show it. If all you can do is to measure it and nothing more than that, they should tell us upfront. Then we called our insurance company, Dewitt did stay in the house for about 10 minute for us to get through the waiting period of home select insurance company, only to hear that insurance declined our claim. Second day, we called William Henderson, the guy came, first he checked Freon pressure and telling us the pressure is not that low, then he asked us for a new filter and changed that, run the temperature test at the air outlet all filters, then he removed cover of the unit,(only 10 min, the process absolutely not that complicated as Dewitt told us), then he sprayed some form or something, there is no obvious leak. The guy from William Henderson told me 12 years old unit is not that bad, we just need some Freon and should have no problem to last the summer. He further explained to me if the leak is too bad, it will freeze at the bottom, bla, bla which i do not quite understand. He then did the cleanup on my 2nd unit as well, then he explained to me the importance of do a regular maintenance so i bought the maintenance from him for the winter. When he left, he gave us warrant of a three or four days, if we lost Freon in three or four days, he will come back again to fix the leak.
