Description of Work: I contracted with Dependable Concrete to reset flagstones in walkway and patio. Contract stated, "will remove all stones and reset into new leveled cement base...and point between all stones." I took photos of the cracked and crumbling pointing just days after the completion of the job and transfer of final payment. I called and informed Vincent Douglas of the problem. He told me he would look into the situation. That was over two months ago, and despite two more unanswered phone calls since then I have yet to hear a word from Mr. Douglas.
