 + -1 moreFrom first call to each visit, the work went on without disruption or mishap. Dennis and his guys were very respectful of the property and my time. I felt completely comfortable leaving them to work in my home without having to baby sit them. The gas line/fireplace/cabinetry/patch up and clean up were excellent. At the end of the fireplace projects, I mentioned other work that I was planning to have done. Just that day the contractor for that job said he couldn't get to it for about a month. I called Dennis, and the next day they were onsite going through my list and started work that Monday (the first working day after my request)! It's easy to recommend Dennis Pratt - you won't be disappointed!
Description of Work: In prep for moving into a new home, I had several projects I wanted to complete. Dennis and Jason came over to check out the work that needed to be done and had excellent suggestions (with both an eye on functionality and cost savings). I mentioned that I wanted a gas fireplace moved, and Dennis said "no problem". He was right on target with those words! They removed the old fireplace, and rebuilt it with a much nicer looking cabinet. They also matched the hardwood floor and filled in the missing pieces perfectly. Changes to the original plan (adding a gas line upstairs for a future fireplace) was also done without delay or issue. Rocky followed up with expert wall patching that was completely smooth and seamless.

He brought all the tools he needed with him.He was done in about an hour and a half.Cleaned up after himself. Didn't leave a spot of dirt behind

 + -1 moreThe work was quite poor. Initially, there were mostly problems with placement of plumbing. We were using on-demand heaters, for example, and his crew plumbed them in such a weird way that they took up almost as much space as regular heaters. Each one had to be installed three times before he got it right. He also placed ten rain-head shower heads (intended for high placement) at barely 5' 5" despite specific orders to the contrary and completely messed up two grids of body jets. Each of these had to be redone. Once we actually started testing, however, the situation only got worse. We eventually had to spend $10k re-plumbing most of the house to compensate.
Description of Work: Dennis was brought in on the recommendation of the GC to plumb six apartments and one four bath house around the corner.

 + -1 moreHe was really good! I was really pleased with his service. I would use him in the future. He was on time and they did the job in one day. After the pavement was torn up, he came back and repaired it, which plumbers normally don't do!

 + -1 moreI DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE PRICE AS I DID NOT COMPETITIVELY SHOP. I WENT WITH A FRIEND'S SUGGESTION AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE FINISHED PRODUCT.
Description of Work: PIPE REPLACEMENT IN TUB, SINK & TOILET. INSTALLED A NEW TOILET AND ARE TO INSTALL A NEW FLOOR. THE FLOOR HAS YET TO BE COMPLETED AND IT'S ALMOST A YEAR.
