If you are looking for a contractor who understands plaster and knows how to get the job done, look no further. From the moment of contact to the completion of the job (including follow up), Charles was great to work with. There are few in the contracting business that you can trust to stand behind their work. Charles is one of them (and I have dealt with a lot). I was impressed by his workmanship and professionalism. His passion and knowledge about his work is evident. He is thorough in his work and talks to you as a peer (not down) to explain the steps he will take to remedy the situation. On top of that, he is professional, prompt, and leaves the work area clean. Our plaster ceiling was compromised by a water leak and Charles took care of it. Highly recommend!!!

We wanted to maintain as much of the original plaster in the master bedroom. Charles did a thorough inspection of the plaster integrity and strongly recommended we do a tear out and drywall the ceiling, but the walls could be repaired. We went with that approach. Charles brought in the tear out crew on time and they did completed the work within the day, including taking many steps to keep the plaster dust to a minimum. Drywall installation took a day and then the mud application took two. In all cases, the crew was hear early, did a great job cleaning up, and kept disruption to a minimum. We did have an issue in which the tear out damaged an adjoining wall, which they fixed. Overall, a quality organization!
