The crew was on time, in uniform, and very polite and organized. They had to maneuver everything they picked up down a full flight of stairs, through a winding narrow hallway, into and out of a small elevator, and down another hallway to the street. They were quick, friendly, and I could not have been happier with their service.

It was excellent and they did a really good. They came out with in two days after I finally called them. I paid more than the big deal, because they were able to take haul off a lot more. I will say that they were fantastic, neat, on time and they moved very quickly. I feel like they were here maybe 15 minutes, I think it was longer. They did not leave a mess behind. They were real pleasant to talk too and explained what they were going to do. I will use them again.

They showed up on the day I scheduled between the hours I chose. They were prompt and courteous. My only word of caution is that they were not responsive to phone calls or phone message. Based on a previous customer's comments on Angie's List, I scheduled my pick-up online via their website. I received a confirmation email and then I called on the morning I scheduled. That call was answered and I was on their schedule. The best result was that the $99.00 coupon covered everything. My trash was made up of exercise equipment - weight bench with weights and a rowing machine. I would definitely recommend deletemytrash for your trash removal needs.

Great way to dispose of trash items. Trailer with wheels (as opposed to dumpster) doesn't damage your driveway. I've used this service twice and have been completely satisfied on both occasions.

We were moving and our house needed to be sold in order to buy our new one and we had a lot of things that had to be moved so it couldn't go on in one day. Many of the moving companies I called pushed for us to move on the same day which would've been virtually impossible. I had a 4 bedroom house 2500 square feet with an unfinished basement. The basement had all my weight equipment including a treadmill, weight bench, and pull down machine. We have an infant so we had a crib and two additional rooms of bedroom furniture along with a full kitchen and dining room set. Ben came over and walked thru my house and gave me an estimate of the price which was 1800 to 2100. I agreed upon it and when the day came they arrived early in the morning and got right to work. We had all our boxes packed but they had to break down our beds and such. It took them a good part of the day but i was impressed at how well they wraped our furniture up and stacked it neatly to protect it. It took them about 6 hours to fill the two trucks and off they went. The next day when we moved in they arrived promptly after settlement and were helpfull with moving things around and organizing our bulk items to our liking. The only damage was one broken light bulb in a china which in my mind is not a big deal. They even detached the old refridgerator in the house and lugged it downstairs and then put in our new one! The price was a little more than his estimate but with all the extra work and how hot it was out I felt it was deserved. I can't say better things about them after horror stories I've heard from others when they have moved. Thanks again!

I renovated a bathroom and a few other jobs in my house before I moved in. I filled up my garage with the trash waiting to order a dumpster and load it in all at once. But found a coupon online for the special price of 179 for the pod, it beat all other dumpster pricing. Everything worked great they dropped it off on Friday and picked it up Monday I didn't even have to be home. Tons of space my dad even put a bunch of this old trash in.

Wow! I'm extremely impressed. David and his team arrived promptly and had me quickly review the contents of the basement and garage with them so that they knew what should be removed and what would stay. I didn't need to remind them of anything after that - they took care of everything quickly and accurately, even though some of the junk was in the basement crawlspace, making it more difficult to remove the items. In fact, they were much faster than I expected, even though I kept adding new items to the list of what they should haul away, once I realized I had more junk in my garage than I thought and they were removing everything so efficiently. Despite the change in the amount of junk I asked them to take, which created a lot of extra work for them, all three of them couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. David did explain that the additional junk would cost a little extra, and discussed it with me before they exceeded the initial estimate so I could make an informed decision about what I wanted them to do. I was happy to agree to the slightly higher cost, as their fees were quite reasonable. I definitely feel I got my money's worth. And, when they were done, they swept out my garage as well, which I didn't ask them to do and wouldn't have expected. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with their service and I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought the Angie deal. But DMT said I still had to pay more to for all the things I needed removed . All I had removed is a couple of moving boxes, a bike, a large table , grill and a filing cabinet . They were polite and fast . Left a small mess of some packing material that was in a box that broke.

Owner and crew were on time, removed the wood, ask if were was more they could take. Cleaned up area.
