This deal turned out well. The workers showed up on time and did exactly what I asked them to. They were able to remove the old tv, stereo, sofa and other materials I no longer needed on the basement. The deal covered me filling up the whole trailer, but I did not have enough stuff to do so. The workers were very helpful, careful and polite. They do not damage anything n the house while bringing up the materials from the basement.

I bought 2 coupons, knowing my project would be done in 2 phases. 1st load was ready to go immediately. I called to schedule pickup, and they showed up on time, were polite, and all went well. 2nd phase was somewhat delayed. to where the coupon was going to expire. Calls and emails asking for an extension to the expiration date went unanswered. But, when I called to schedule the pickup which was about a week after the expiration date, they honored to coupon anyway. so, other than a little communication lapse, I'm very satisfied.

Terrible, they took my money and never performed the service.

I have left 5 messages and still have not gotten a call back. The coupon is almost expired. I wasted $100 on this contractor who was advertised as being good.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out fine. I had figured the price would be what I had paid. They were terrific, they were professional, efficient, and they were in and out of here in no time. They loaded everything on a pickup and took it away.

Scheduler was very responsive and accommodating. Service crew arrived on time. They agreed to haul at two separate locations at no additional cost. The crew was easy to work with, hard working, and efficient. Cost more than expected; I realized that I should have asked what the promotional price was based on, as it increased despite being only one pickup truck full of stuff. I would use the service again.

They hauled away everything--including things we weren't sure they would--like a refrigerator and didn't give us any grief. Do be prepared to negotiate. When they showed up, they showed us their price list and tried to charge significantly more money than the Angie's List deal but were willing to negotiate. They were professional, quick and pleasant to deal with.

They were very responsible but charged a lot more than advertised on angies list because they said it was a little more than what fit in the back of their regular side pickup truck. There was nothing said befors they came and I hadalready paid angies list price

This was the team's second trip to our property in South Philadelphia. The team of two showed up to our home on time and they were very professional. They removed items from the second and first floors in a timely manner. Note, it is important to request an estimate before the pick up day to avoid additional fees.

The guys showed up on time, they were very courteous and professional, and it was very easy to make the appointment. They also called half hour before to tell me that they were on their way. They took all the bulky items that I needed to have removed and were done in less than 15 minutes. I was very pleased and would use them again.

They were able to haul away a very heavy TV from the 2nd floor and other stuff from my backyard. Things that I couldn't get rid of for a long time and they did it all!

I was very happy with the service once I got through. I had called several times with no call back but once I got through they scheduled promptly and came during the service window agreed upon.

I had purchase 3 Angie's coupons for this job, Then call the DeleteMyTrash.com number on 9-4-2013 to schedule a pickup on 9-7-2013 between 12 Noon and 2PM. DeleteMyTrash.com called me at 12:30 PM and said the team would be there soon. The gentleman came at 2:30PM, we went to the basement, discussed the different options. I then found out I could only use one coupon per visit and to remove anything more then the couch with the taken apart weight bench, pull up bar and bed hardware would cost an additional $126.00 Angie's coupon that I paid for was $111.00 for $198.00 or total cost = $237.00 to remove the items stated above. I did mention that I had a Refrigerator and window Air-conditioner and that they should be free. They balked at that comment. My bad, I pulled a rookie mistake and failed to go to my computer and print out the contract... It clearly states all appliances are free plus the removal of the similar volume as a couch love seat microwave and dresser... After I agreed to pay the additional $126.00 the guys quickly went to work and remove the items listed above. I plan to return the one coupon to Angie's List on 9-9-2013 for the $111.00 and use my last coupon to schedule another visit by Deletemytrash.com for the free removal of the Refrigerator, air-conditioner plus two love seats and another couch from the basement. Went very well...courteous and capable workers. The only negative is the price: $120.00 plus the coupon.

Overall the price was good, the men were professional, and they were in and out quickly. The only drawback was my time was set for 10-12 and they didn't show up until a little after 2pm. To their credit they did call twice to say they were running behind schedule. Other than the delay in the scheduled pick up, I was very satisfied with the work they performed.

EXCELLENT! They were very punctual and very polite. They removed the materials from my garage. The quantity necessitated an additional charge of $126. They honored the deal. This was the very best experience that I have had with an Angie's List vendor after being a member for ore than 2 years. I highly recommend them. If you ever need this service, do run--not walk--to this vendor. EXCELLENT. Of course, I would use them again.

Very patient while another matter was being handled.

We scheduled the service online the night before, and they came twenty minutes late from their appointment window. I was quoted $198 at first, but since my item was heavier than they expected, it jumped to $245. It makes me wonder if the price would have remained $198 if I had emptied the unit. They brought a pickup truck that wasn't really big enough to hold my item safely (the rear window was blocked). However, the removal did not take long, and the they removed what I needed them to.
