Description of Work: They came promptly to my mom's efficiency apt., which needed a total clean out as she had moved to a nursing home. These four guys got heavy furniture down 14 floors, across a loading dock and into their trailer in a big Nor'easter. They cleaned out every cabinet, closet, oven, fridge, you name it, in an hour and left everything broom clean. They recycle everything they can and repurpose much of what they take by donating useable items to charity. Somewhere there are needy families who have new comfortable furniture, linens, clothes, lamps, appliances, and so on. The crew manager said they average a 70% recycle/repurpose rate, but they play a game at each pick-up where they try to beat that number and their pick-up times for similar jobs. All four guys were friendly and kept us all in stitches with humorous stories. I can't recommend them enough! |

Description of Work: I have utilized their services several times. They are professional, courteous and hard working Service was provided when expected. Boxes, junk, and various items were removed from the garage. They even offered to sweep up the dirt that had gathered in the corners over the years. I especially like that their schedule is accommodating; early mornings, evenings and weekends.

They were quick to respond punctual and smart enough to bring 3 small trucks rather than one big one because the looked up ahead that I live on a small street. They left a little bit of a mess on my floor but I was happy to vaccuum because they were so punctual and speedy. I thought the price would be higher because it was hard for me to estimate the volume of how much I had so I think that $155 was reasonable. I'm sure I could have found a cheaper way to do it but am also sure I could not have found a faster and easier way for me so it was worth the price.
Description of Work: Removal of old love seat and couch, large box of unused construction materials, a few rugs and a couple of used buckets.

 + 0 moreExcellent...they provided an initial quote over email. I explained that it was a heavy item but they said they charge by volume. When the two guys showed up in a pickup truck I was skeptical. However, they viewed the items and didn't hesitate to stick with the original quote. It took them quite a while to breakdown the set so they could get it outside. I got the impression they are usually just picking up a bunch of stuff that takes a few minutes but they were there an hour or so. I would have paid quite a bit more than they charged; it would have been well worth the cost even at three or four times what I paid.
Description of Work: Removed some large junk items from my property. Particularly a universal weight system from my basement which would have taken a few people to get out and regular garbage men wouldn't have taken from the curb.

The two professionals who showed up gave me a quick estimate, and then, with my go-ahead, emptied the garage, paying careful attention to make sure that a few non-trash odds-and-ends were not accidentally thrown away. It took a little over an hour, they filled their trailer, and left after sweeping the garage floor. An excellent experience!

 + -1 moreI had a lot of things in my garage that I needed to get rid of and they came and hauled it away. They were excellent and my experience with them was better than I expected. They were available on Sunday and in the evening which was helpful because of work. They came on Sunday morning at 9 o?clock and stayed for an hour and hauled things away. They were professional, friendly and did not make any noise. They did everything and I did not have to lift a finger and even swept up. They made it seem very simple.
Description of Work: I used Delete My Trash LLC in June to haul away the trash from my garage.

Description of Work: In my experience, this is a great company. I setup my scheduled pod delivery via the company's website, received a confirmation email within a few minutes, and a call the morning of to confirm delivery. The two gentlemen delivered the pod right on time, explained the service, and accepted payment via wireless credit card POS terminal. All very professional. I had three days to fill this pod on my own schedule, and called them the morning of the third day to schedule an afternoon pickup. Right on schedule, they were back with the truck to retrieve the pod.

 + -1 moreThe crew arrived on time, were very courteous and overall did a very good job. It quickly became evident that one 15 yd container was not sufficient with the amount of debris I had. With the first full load, they went to the dump and returned to take out another full 15 Yd. I was happy to have one level of the house completely gutted and cleaned up. Next week, they will come back for another floor of debris. They fill a niche in the construction/rehab world and do an excellent job at it.

After speaking with them, and setting a delivery time up, they were prompt with their delivery, delivered and set up the unit on site, and picked it up right on time. They are an excellent company to deal with, I would highly recommend them!
Description of Work: Delete my trash provides trailer/container units for trash disposal, they are basically box truck on a trailer, when they are delivered they are much better looking than a regular dumpster, and they are excellent with delivery and pick-up. I would recommend them highly if you want reliable and prompt service, and their price includes all fees, there are no hidden delivery/dumping fees like regular dumpsters. A pleasure to deal with.

 + -1 moreWe needed to clean out our basement after a flood and we found this very affordable service. The trailer was attractive and only took up my normal parking space for the time it was here over the weekend. It was clean and so much easier to fill than a normal dumpster and there were even tools supplied in the trailer in case we needed them. At first we thought it was going to be small, but we found it had MORE than enough room for anything we needed to get rid of and we even had room to spare. The employees were kind, polite and professional. The pick-up and delivery was SO easy and FAST!! We would Highly recommend this service to anyone needing to do some serious cleaning out!!

 + -1 moreInitially we placed an on line order for a pod to be delivered to our house. Literally, within 30-60 seconds we got a phone call from the company. We then had a pod in front of our house within two hours! We paid a flat fee of approx $375 for 72 hours. It worked out well, because we could take our time sorting through all the junk we had. We were able to do everything ourselves and didn't need to use their service for hourly manpower to help load the pod. Many of the other places we looked into had a fee that included manpower, which made their prices higher. Then exactly 72 hours later they picked up the pod. We didn't even need to be home when they picked it up. If you have a lot of stuff to sort through, this is an excellent solution, as you can take your time over three days, versus having everything ready when a truck and crew arrive at one time. The pod's bit pricey, but it feels great to have a clean garage and basement.
