In addition to the couch removal, I discarded other items to get something for my money because paying $75 to take just a couch was a little high. I could have discarded the couch with the city garbage if I could get it outside - but I couldn't life the sleeper sofa and had no help so I needed to pay someone to do it. I decided if I was going to pay, I wanted it hauled away too which is why I contacted this company. They showed up and were very friendly and professional and did a great job. They took care not to bang anything or damage my house or doors. I would call them again if I had more items to discard.

It was very good. They came and they loaded all the material. It was a great experience. They were very punctual and the price was good and I was very happy with the service.

I purchased a special deal from Angie's List, and despite a number of efforts to contact this firm by email and by phone, I did not receive a reply from them. As a result, the timeframe for which the offer was active expired. As suchI spent $75 and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Ideally, a refund will be provided since I don't really have confidence in this organization.

I did not think that they took as much volume as advertised!!!

They did a good job. They cleaned out my garage and didn't leave any mess after the work was completed.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were good. They did a good job. I paid $200 because we had them do some other stuff. They said going in how much they would do so it wasn't like I was surprised. They were polite, willing to work with you, and respectful. They came as soon as I called and they were just very easy to work with.

They went fine. That was July. They charge me more than that. It was with another $250. They just wear the final pieces of the moving of the house. So, they took care of the last bit. They were responsive. I would probably give them a B across the board. That will be leading my trust thing because there is no will right be able to tell how much press they actually have lost. So, he was like out Georgia and it was in the field, scientific or the cause. It was kind of felt like he was coming up with the number. It was not a bad experience in any way she performed and just I would think about using them again.

Removed trash. Very efficient. Have used them before.

They came out April of 2012 and it ended up costing a lot more. It was something where we thought it was gonna be less expensive than it actually was even though we had read the "Big Deal". We thought we read it pretty carefully so that was a little disappointing. They were very inexpensive and we needed it and they have pretty high recommendations. They did a good job and whatever they needed to do they did it well.

Couldn't recommend them more highly!

The 2 men who arrived were very courteous and polite. They apologized "twice" for being late and promptly got to work. They were very careful not to damage our home in the removal of the items which was my main concern since the exercise equipment was very unwieldy. They were very fast, did not bother to chit chat, and were gone within a very short period of time (half hour or less, max). They were great. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Cost was very reasonable.

It went great. They were very punctual and professional. When they took down the swing set, they had to go an extra mile to get it down and put it in their truck and only charged us a bit extra.

dont remember exact date but was around date of purchase. They took away more than the coupon allowed but the additional cost was very acceptable. They dide a great job removing trash from basement and backyard.

Probably will not invest another $500+ for hauling as its all yard waste and will eventually compost.

I was surprised at, in my opinion, how little trash was actually removed for the $99. I had to pay more, and still didn't get everything hauled out because the price they quoted me for removing everything was about $600. This may be reasonable, but I still felt ripped off.

They cleaned out a basement for me. The cleanout was complete, and they swept up the area when they were done. The difficulty was with the scheduling, which I did on the web, indicating the phone number where I could be reached; they either disregarded or did not notice this. As a result, I waited for a couple of hours and could not contact them at their number. The Big Deal took a small bite out of the total, which I thought was high. I was surprised that I was not given a written receipt/invoice. The DMT man, at my request, wrote down how he came up with the pricing.

They are always punctual and easy to work with. We have used them three times thus far and are quite satisfied.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. That turned out alright. It turned out fine. I guess I had a lot more trash than what the guy, he comes out and he's like we have to strike a deal for what I'm going to pay him. It worked out, it was probably fair, but it wasn't really a special deal, we didn't do it the Angie's List way. He did take my trash away and I probably would use him again, honestly because he's the only kind of person that does that around here. I can vouch for that. He said that the amount of materials that he had moved exceeded the deal that I bought. It was only supposed to be for "x" amount and mine was more than that. In situations like that you are kind of like at their mercy, they are the ones that get to say whether it's more or less. It worked out, they took everything away which is what I needed, and I did feel that he was fair.

I was very pleased with the service from Delete My Trash. I booked it through an Angie's List Big Deal and I really knew nothing about this company. Luckily, I was pleasantly surprised! I scheduled a pick-up for a Sunday and they showed up right on time. They even called to say they were on their way. I had all my junk waiting for them on my driveway and they picked it all up and hauled it away. I found the employee (I think his name was David) to be very professional and I will definitely use this company again!!

They arrived a little late but were communicative so this was not a big deal. We were given a two hour window so earlier communication would have been helpful. They very cheerfully hauled every thing that we asked them to - I was surprised at how much they could fit into a pickup truck. They had a tarp that they fastened over the bed so that it was safe to haul away. We had paid for the $99 special to haul away junk and my only complaint is that it is not clear to me how much that covered. We were charged an additional $126 (total $225). They used a measurement that I am unfamiliar with and I don't think the average person would know. I am glad to be rid of the items, but could have rented a truck and hauled it to the transfer station for much, much less. That said, I didn't have to do the work, so you are paying a pretty stiff premium for the "hassle factor". I really like that they donate what they can and recycle items that can be recyled. Next time, though, if I am going to lose three hours of my day anyway, I will probably rent a UHaul and schlep stuff to the transfer station myself. I would use them for heavy items though.

Bought the Big Deal for full service trash removal. I called to make arrangements but they said they only take reservations online. A week went by, but no one showed up. I called 3 times before someone finally showed up. But they showed up at my door only to tell me they were busy and had to go to another job site. I tried to reschedule a few more times, but they never came back. I had to hire someone else and I'm glad I did. I found another company that did the work for cheaper than the big deal.

The service went very good. It was excellent. I didn't realize it was ready to expire and I called them. I told them that tomorrow's the last date and they said that it's not a problem, they will still honor the coupon and they asked me when I wanted them to come out. I asked if they can come out on a Monday and they did. They said that they do go through things to see if there's anything that they could give to charity; if they can't, it just gets disposed off and that was fine with me so that it will not get wasted. It was a good deal. I bought it for $75 and it was originally worth $198. Before they came in, they said that they will clear up any debris if there's any, but I didn't need them to do that. But it was nice that they offered to as they came on the front door. The customer service was good. I called them after hours and somebody called me right back so it means that they have somebody checking on their messages. I think they were actually a little bit early and they called if that was okay. They were originally gonna come between 10 and 12 in the morning. They were very professional. I recall that they had matching uniforms. The first time that I had them come out, the person in charge of the team was only using pants and a shirt than everybody else but this time, they were dressed professionally and they were all well-spoken. They were quiet and they were in and out. I appreciated that. There was no problem with the service. everything worked out well.
