I bought a special deal coupon for this vendor. I booked an appointment for arrival between 8-10 am. The job location was not where I live so the deal was I met them at the job location. They did not, however, show at the appointed time. My recollection is that they called me between 8-10 am to say they were running late. Trouble is the dispatcher said they were just around the corner which I interpreted to mean they would arrive by 10:15 am or so. Unfortunately running late to them meant they arrived at 11:30 am. Once there, they did a great job. Lady handling dispatch was responsive - she called me a couple times during the morning while I was waiting. It appeared to me that the driver was giving her bad info about his schedule. The excellent price did not compensate for my wasted time. Hence the Bad rating. I would try someone else if I need this service again.

Without sounding weird, this was an utterly fantastic experience and an amazing deal. I called to get rid of a bunch of stuff including an old smashed up picnic table and some broken furniture but after hearing about their recycling gave the guys huge amounts of toys, an old encyclopedia, wobbly bikes, even some old work computers after they convinced me they punched through the hard drives for security. The only disappointment was that they did not send the promised tax receipt for anything they were able to donate.

They were just very pleasant. They came when they said they said they were going to come. They took the stuff, and in fact they took a couple of small things that I thought of while we were down the basement. They were very efficient.

The gentlemen were courteous, timely and professional. I would certainly recommend their services.

I had to pay a little more than expected, but the quality of work was great. They were very friendly, neat, and efficient/quick. They were there when they said they would be.

I was taken aback by the price of junk hauling, but the customer service agent as well as the men who came to the house were extremely friendly and professional. They even found a nonprofit thrift shop that would accept a piece of furniture that I had been unable to donate to another shop. In the future I would have friends help me move out heavy items, because of the price.

The company had an Angie's List coupon advertising $75 for a 1/4-truck full haul of debris, an amount for which they typically charge $198. I purchased the coupon via the Angie's List website and phoned later to set up a pick-up time. The appointment was made for a Sunday, which was super convenient for me, within a two-hour window between 1 PM and 3 PM. I had read other reviews for this merchant indicating that upon arrival the cost of the haul was increased from the coupon amount. I didn't think that was an unreasonable occurrence, as they really have to see what you have to haul before they can provide an exact price but I was skeptical about how close to the $75 they would stay. I was prepared to tell them to pound sand if it seemed they were going to try and hike up the price too much. They arrived within the window of time provided and I was pleased to see three guys - that told me they were prepared to get the job done as fast as possible. It was, unfortunately, pouring rain but they were all smiling, professional and polite. I asked the lead guy to come to the backyard and see what I had and then provide a final price before they got started. He looked at everything and said that it would be an extra $30. I was very happy with that, given the amount of stuff and gave them the green light to get started. They had come with a trailer like the one on their website. It's not huge and my stuff filled it to bursting, almost. They worked quickly and were done in less than 15 minutes. When it was time to pay, I had completely forgotten that I had paid the $75 online already, so prepared cash in the amount of $75 plus $30. The lead guy reminded me it was just $30 more and I thanked him for being honest. I gave them all a tip and closed my front door happy with the job they had done and frankly thrilled with the price. I do this kind of pick-up every Spring and in the past had used 1-800-Got-Junk. Those times, I can't recall ever paying less than $350 for about the same amount of stuff. So, no more 1-800-Got-Junk - that's for sure!

BUYERS BEWARE THIS IS A BAIT & SWITCH DEAL. Here are the details. They give me a 12PM2-2PM window, but arrived at 3:50 PM. Their truck was not 108 Cu Ft. They claimed that I had 1/2 truck worth of junk, even though the size of the truck was not the size a promised, as a result I had to pay an extra $135.

I had recently done a major deck repair and have stacked up the old decking boards and framing with nails exposed in a large pile beside my garage. I was trying to figure out what to do with it, rent a dumpster, pod, dumpster bag from home depot....etc. That's when I came across the deal on Angie's list. I was skeptical at first because many of my neighbors have paid $300 and above for removal of debris. I was pleasently surprised. They were easy to contact and schedule. The were extremely professional, polite and removed all of the debris and cleaned up the area and drive way when complete. They were easily $150 lower then all other quotes and pleasent to work with. Anytime I need trash pickup again I will definately be using this company.

They arrived about 30 minutes outside the 2-hour window. At first, I was concerned that they weren't going to get everything in their truck. However, within 20 minutes, they had everything loaded. The price as estimated was the price they honored (plus the Big Deal price). And it all fit in their truck.

The gentlemen arrived and immediately set to work and did not stop until the job was completed. They were courteous, pleasant, took direction respectfully, were professional and careful in their care of my items to be moved. They kept to their original estimate, but went above and beyond our expectations of professionalism. I was comfortable and felt safe with them in my home. My daughter and I live alone, so this meant alot to us. I will definitely refer them to Anyone I know requiring this type of service. It gave me peace of mind to know that this company recycles 70% of what is hauled away.

If you think you will pay $75, think twice, once they come to your house, they will try to get a lot more out of you. I have used them twice. The first time they came, the guy said, so looks like you have about $250 worth of trash. I said, WHAT!? He said, yes, you paid for one quarter of a trailer, and you have about 3/4 trailer of stuff. I did not have much. I agreed to $150 worth, and they took most of my stuff. I decided recently to use them again, but this time get confirmation of exactly how much space I was allotted (108 cubic feet), and I measured my junk. 108 cubic feet is quite a bit. I told the guy I knew exactly how much I had, would not be paying more than $75, and he assured me they would take the full 108 cubic feet. So guess what? They didn't show up. I called, the guy apologized rescheduled for later that week. They didn't show up. I gave up at that point, as I had to go away for a week. They called my cell while I was away, asked if I needed service soon. I said yes, I already got blown off twice, please come get it Friday, March 23rd. They didn't show up. They did call to say that instead of between one and three they would be here at 3:30, but didn't show. Called again to say 5:30, but didn't show. Each time the person on the phone cited "traffic" Must have been some kind of traffic. Now I'm stuck having to find another way to get rid of my trash, and get my money back. If you do use them, measure everything so you don't pay on penny extra! And don't count on them showing up when you want them. Certainly don't take off an afternoon from work. Angie's list should get rid of this offer.

I needed some large items removed, including a diswasher, piano and large cartons. Two serviceman arrived on time and both were pleasant and professional. The men quickly removed the items and carefully manuevered to ensure doorways were protected. I will definitely call this company again. Great job!

I took advantage of the special rate of $75 for 108 cu. ft. of junk removal and hauling (normally a $189.00 charge). This company answered the phone promptly, verified that I had an Angie's List coupon code and set a delivery time for the next day. They showed up at 3:00 p.m., in the middle of a 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. window we had agreed to. Workers were friendly, told me immediately my stash of junk was well within the limits of the deal, and they were out of here in 10 minutes. Can't ask for more. I would definitely use them again.

I paid them $75 special instead of their $198 that they usually charge. They bring a truck and if your things fit in the truck you are good but if it does not then they charge you more money. I found that out reading what people had said on Angies List. It is kind of false advertising on their part. It is a service that I wish I had thought of. Let us say one is getting new furniture, and the furniture company says that they don’t move furniture out and you have no one to move that furniture for you and that is what they do. They come and take it for you. I had one of those old computer desks that people used to use when they first bought computers, big, heavy, clunky piece of furniture. I could not stand looking at it. Regular movers move to different places. People hate moving stuff. Then I thought of Delete My Trash. He is making money because the member don’t want to move it. Just call them, they come in, they move it out of your way. One need not worry about disposing it off or what one needs to do with it. They take care of it. I am an on time person. Even if you call me saying you are going to be late I cannot deal with that. I cannot call my job and expect my customer to say that I am going to be about ½ hour late. I have a problem with that. You are telling me that you are going to be there at 8.30 unless it is an accident on the high way, don’t call me. But they did call and said that he is going to 1/2 hour late and they were right on time when they said they were coming. They were very respectful, called me by my last name, they came in looked at the job that needed to be done, went to work right away and kept thinking that they are going to damage my walls since the desk was upstairs but they came in got the furniture out. They said that I didn’t owe them any money because it would fit in the truck that they bought. The truck was small and he really did not know what I had, and I was wondering what he would have done if I had more that would fit in that truck. That was my problem because they were coming from Philadelphia airport and I live in New Jersey. For them to go back and come back and get a bigger truck they would have seen steam coming out of my ears. They came did an excellent job. I thought they were very professional. In fact they moved things away that they thought as I had something on the stairs and they moved that knowing that they had to go downstairs. God forbid that somebody slipped and that thing would have been broken and nobody makes those things any longer. They were good about that. They came in, signed off, left and were good to go. My concern was, I like on time people. Price wise it was a special. I will use them again.

Used the Angie's List Big Deal to haul construction waste from my house. I called in the early afternoon and they were at my house by early evening (showing up at the tail end of the 2 hour window they gave me). At first, they were just going to haul away the amount that would have qualified under the Angie's List Big Deal but it was only going to be an extra $60 to haul off the rest so I went ahead and asked them to finish up the rest of the waste. I thought that was a reasonable price, overall. They were friendly, professional, and efficient.

The two individuals who performed the work were very efficient and courteous. They did a very good job removing the items without leaving any dirt or soil on the carpet. I'm very satisfied with the service.

Everything went well except that I had a coupon through Angies List and the office people and the driver were confused about it and I had to make multiple phone calls to clear it up. Other than that, I was totally satisfied.

The men who came to haul the trash were very polite, punctual, and loaded up the pick up truck very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs the services of a junk hauling company. I also would use them again, should the need arise.

RESPONSIVENESS I was originally the contact but changed it to my husband (both via email to Grant and with my online reservation--as it says to do to make any changes) and they still called me to confirm. PUNCTUALITY They showed up 30 minutes late after their 2-hour window (without calling to say they were running late) QUALITY They did not sweep up and left a trail of debris through my house PROFESSIONAL It all adds up to an unprofessional experience compared with a competitor we've used before PRICE We had a Big Deal and knew we would have to pay on top of that. While the price for the service was fair, because the actual service was subpar, I gave it a "good."

These guys are fantastic - probably the friendliest folks I have experienced for any sort of home service, everyone from the person who answered the phone to the person who came to collect the trash was friendly, positive, and polite. They were a little late in arriving (30 minutes outside the 2 hour window), but, once David (the representative who came to remove my trash) moved very quickly, even sweeping out part of the garage as he collected old boxes, wood, and other debris from an old move. You can't ask for anything more.
