These guys were great, they came exactly when they said they would and removed everything quickly and carefully.

I bought the coupon on line. I called the company and set a date/time for them to come. They came on time, and completed the work in less than an hour. Afterwards, they hauled the stuff away and I had a clean basement and garage.

I called the company to have them come multiple times and noone ever responded to my call. Eventually I had to call Angie's list to have my big deal refunded. What a waste of time, if they had even called me to say that they were overwhelmed with orders, it would have made a difference. But there was no reply and everytime I called I got transferred to a voice mail that was never returned.

I am very impressed with this company. The two courteous men arrived on time and one pod and one hour later I have a completely cleaned-out basement and crawl space. Swept down, too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We have very steep basement stairs and only one way in and out - through the living room - you would never know they had taken one pod's worth of junk through the living room, everything is so clean.

Two very nice guys showed up in a timely way and proceeded to get rid of some very unwieldy junk--including a huge television from the attic. It was not an easy job but there were no complaints from the guys. Couldn't have been happier!

All went well, except I wish one guy would have be more mindful of the door. If I didn't turn around in time he might have banged the glass with a railing I had hauled. Luckily it didn't happen.

It went beautifully overall! They got it done without a hitch. Inadvertently, I might have thrown away some US savings bonds in some of the trash bags, but David assured me that no one would try to cash them. I asked him if he were to come across them, could he return them to me. He said that he would try to do that, but advised that it was more likely that they would just be destroyed or shredded. I think I trust this guy!!

On time delivery of trailer. On time pick-up. They give you at least three days before pickup so you have plenty of time to get the work done. Highly recommend.

The guys were very polite and showed up on time. However, for the amount of money, it wasn't even a truck load of junk that was counted as the amount.

Everything was handled well overall from the prompt arrival time to the clean up at the end...

They showed up the day after I booked my appointment and hauled away everything in less than half an hour. They were extremely easy to deal with and there were no issues or inflated extra charges for the additional volume of waste that needed to be removed.

They arrived, took everything and left it broom swept. Awesome!

I bought the Big Deal for $75 - took $198 off the price and while we did play phone tag a bit, they came out on time and filled that trash pod tight! I would definitely recommend them to anyone

A very polite and professional group of gentlemen. They arried on time as scheduled. They revoved all the items that were already gathered together for disposal. My problem was that I was unsure, and feel that I may have under estimated the allowable amount of junk for removal. The next time however, they will tell me when I have met the allowabe amount per agreed terms. This was myfirst experience with this service company, My expectations were met, I was pleased, will use them again and recommend them to whomever may need this type of service.

They were good. They are very professional and helpful. The only reason that I give them a B is because I had to go find cash for them and it was a little annoying. I also had to do a bit of a cleanup after them. Their job was to haul it and not to clean, so that wasn’t a huge issue.

Under Angie's special deals, I saw a listing for "Delete My Trash" and purchased a coupon for $79.00. This was a quite a savings, as I was purchasing service usually listed at $198.00. Although I had plenty of time to use the coupon, I decided to schedule service for the following sunday afternoon. When I called, the representative was pleasant and courteous. He stated they would be able to accommodate my request as they have early and late hours, seven days a week. Sunday came and two employees of Delete My Trash arrived right on time. A vehicle pulled up to the house, with the company logo clearly indicated on the side. They introduced themselves and I explained there were post-it notes on the items I wanted removed. It was great as I didn't have to move or lift anything. They made quick work of the pickup. After thanking me for my business, they were on their way. I highly recommend Delete My Trash. They recycle, donate or dispose of whatever is collected. When you close the door behind them, you smile because you know your clutter has left the building.

It went very well. The men were friendly, professional, quick, and the price was excellent.

I booked through their phone number and scheduled a time / date for pickup--they were, I think, an hour or two outside the window, but I told them I would be home all afternoon--so that didn't matter at all. They came by, saw what I needed hauled, and took it away. Entire visit lasted about 3 minutes. No haggling, or up-selling. I had a Big Deal coupon from here, and they knew that ahead of time. I would use them again in the future, as they seem straightforward and easy to deal with.

I should have written this report a long time ago but better late than never. I originally contacted Deletemytrash.com because of a special deal offered on Angieslist. The guys were very professional, efficient and friendly. I especially liked that they recycle as many items as possible through a community outreach organization that they are affiliated with. I have used them two more times and continue to be very pleased with their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company to haul away accumulated goods and trash.

They arrived on schedule. Everyone was really nice and polite. They worked very hard in extremely hot conditions. The job was done beyond my expectations. I will use them again in the future. My neighbors liked what they did, and are scheduling a pick-up.

The haulers arrived with two small (or half) trucks. I was quoted a price of $600.Everything was ready to simply haul out. It took them less than one hour to load. I believe the price was too high for the amount of trash they had to haul. What I do not like about this company, and Angie's Big Deal as a whole, is that this contractor did not honor the price on the Big Deal. The contractor did not consider the Deal when giving an estimate and so Angie's Big Deal listing is simply bait to ge to clients, then they charge whatever they want.
