The scheduling process has been very easy and my phone interactions have been pleasant and accommodating.

Overall the service was fine. They were in and out very quickly for the service.

They actually came earlier than they had said they would, which was great. They looked at our 3 pieces of furniture, and stated that there would be an additional charge of $35. The furniture was removed quickly and professionally out the front door and taken away in a very short time. We were very satisfied with the service.

Wow...this company was unbelievable! Not only did I get to use their service at a reduced rate (through an Angie's LIst coupon), but they went beyond my expectations! The two gentleman arrived promptly, explained what they were going to do and then got to work. When they were finished, they indicated that they still had some more room in their truck that I had paid for and were wondering if there was anything else I wanted them to haul away. I explained there were some disgarded materials from a small project in the backyard behind my shed that I hadn't yet staged. They listened carefully to what I said they could remove, and then went back and retreived that, too! Professional, honest, thorough and wanting to please! What more could a customer want? Highly recommended!

They arrived very promptly after I called and were able to give a reasonable estimate quickly. They also were able to perform the hauling on the spot. They removed multiple bags of construction debris from a back deck without disturbing anything along the route to their truck and they were able to do this quickly. Overall, they were very responsive and the fact that they were able to complete the job immediately was a huge bonus.

I had purchased an Angie's List coupon for junk hauling. I called the company and scheduled the pick up. In the days between my call and the scheduled date, I moved all of the items to be removed into the garage. The company arrived as scheduled and removed all of the items I identified. They completed the work within 15 minutes.

Quite happy, it was very affordable for the fact that I had old CRT monitors and several heavy pieces of junk

The company showed up in a pickup truck not a trailer as expected. They also charged us more to remove the same amount of junk. Will never the service use again.

They were both prompt and professional. Unfortunately, they left the cushions from the loveseat in the basement and I did not discover it until much later. If I had not been in dire straits with company coming the next day I would never have agreed to their price. The coupon was $89.00 for $200.00 worth of hauling and they charged me an additional $300.+. I cannot imagine that it could cost $500.00 for that amount of hauling.

They did a good job. I paid a little extra and I thought the cost was fair for the work.

They were supposed to come on one particular day and they didn't show up so I called them. They said everything including their vehicles had been vandalized and that there phone systems were down. I kind of got the impression that they were upset that I contacted them to see where they were which upset me. However when they did show up, they did haul away everything but I would probably not use them again.

Everything went well, and they completed the work within minutes.

The removal was quick, and there were no problems.

Was getting ready to settle on my house and needed to clean some stuff out of my house for the new owners. Had a bunch of stuff like furniture, glassware, debris that I didn't want to bring with me to the new house, nor did I feel like like hauling up a flight of stairs and taking to a dump. Was in a bind four days before settlement. Called them and scheduled an appoitment for the next day. They arrived on time. Within 20 minutes I had a clean basement without the hassle I was thinking it would be. Professional, courteous and a really nice bunch of guys. Would defiently use them in the future.

I scheduled the appointment way in advance using the company's website. They called the day they were coming to say they were on their way. I almost cancelled, because I had totally forgotten about it and wasn't prepared. They offered to reschedule, even though they had driven a considerable distance already. I had them come, thinking we would simply talk about what they might do. Instead, they cleared an incredible amount of stuff out of my garage, climbed into an overhead storage area, and took things I had no idea how to dispose of. They were friendly, efficient, and effective.

They responded quickly to my email regarding the purchase of their coupon and a date and time was decided, I received a confirmation call the evening before. However, the day of my pickup I received a call saying they would be a little late - truck problems. After several more phone calls they arrived around 4PM. Fortunately they had stayed in phone contact, were courteous, and took every piece of trash. From the very beginning I had told them I would have more than what their coupon allowed. They gave me a good price to take the rest and so it all went with their truck. I would be willing to give them another opportunity to be more punctual.

Overall they were very professional and courteous. They called me several times to give me updates on their time of arrival which was very much appreciated. When they did arrive they worked quickly and efficiently removing the debris. Overall I thought they were very professional and I would hire them again.

I called DeleteMyTrash on Monday (Columbus day - a holiday) and left a message that I had purchased an Angie's list coupon. My call was returned on Tuesday but I was a work and was only able to call to the company this morning. I expected to get an appointment within the month but was promised that they could come at 6:30 p.m. today when I got home from work. I was a very pleasantly surprised so see the pod outside my house when I got home at 6:20 p.m. A team of 4 men were able to get what could have been a 3 hour job done in about 25 minutes. Each one was pleasant, very courteous and checked in with me to ensure that they got the job I wanted done. I highly recommend DeleteMyTrash and would use them again.
