Crew arrived on time and promptly took out all materials. We actually went beyond Super Saver Deal and the crew had no issues taking more than what was originally indicated. It was a good experience as several of the items collected would have been difficult to dispose of due to a combination of wood, plastic and size (e.g. too big for our vehicles). Saved hours if not days of our own time trying to break these materials down to dispose. Estimates from garbage company were not reasonable compared to their price.

They were fast, on time, and they cleaned up after they were done. Overall, it was a good experience.

I bought a coupon through Angie's list and made the appointment. I was given an appointment for March 29 from noon-2. They were a no-show, no-call, no-email. I called several times and was only able to leave a message. So frustrating. We were planning to hire them for a much larger job, but I'll find another business--you should, too.

They were able to do the job working with our realtor as we had already moved out of the house. They were responsive and handled everything to our satisfaction.

We had a fair experience. They ended up charging us more than we thought. We figured it would be one price but when they got here they gave us a higher rate. They came down a little bit in the price. The deal was supposed to cover everything from when I spoke with them on the phone. We ended up paying the higher price but we were not happy about it. We were upset that they didn’t honor the price from Angie's List.

When I called to schedule, the person I talked to was very helpful and patient when I had to call back twice to reschedule. They were scheduled between 9-10:30 and arrived promptly at 9:00. Paid slightly more than originally thought, but nothing unreasonable. The guys were very professional and done within 15 minutes.

Ended up being more than the promotional value of the coupon, so ended up spending about the same amount that I paid to have a similar amount of debris hauled through another company without the coupon. Lack of a good deal for the coupon aside, they came promptly within a day of making the appt and service was professional and prompt.

I like that I was able to get an appointment when I needed it (Sat. morning) and chose 8 - 10 am. They arrived around 11:00am. The website shows a location near us, but instead it seems they had to send a truck out from Philadelphia (we live in western Chester County)??? It was frustrating that when they hadn't arrived, I called the office a few times, but never got to speak to anyone to track them down. (This is why I rated my experience a B. The final service itself, was excellent.) They did call around 10am to say they were just a few minutes away. They got lost - even with their GPS. However, when they arrived they were friendly, polite, and very efficient. They gave us an estimate, I approved, they then carefully loaded a lot of items in just a few minutes and were out of here quickly. I had a full POD and using the Angie's list coupon saved me money. I plan to hire again in the next few months. Hopefully they will be able to send a truck from their local location.

Punctual and fast. I underestimated how much stuff I had, so had to pay them a good bit more than expected, but that was not their fault. Will definitely use again.

A good job from start to finish.

There was no problem whatsoever. I had a lot of heavy boxes to be taken away as well as some furniture that was in parts. In addition there was a set of cumbersome wooden table and picnic benches in the backyard that were ant and ??ridden. They cleard the backyard up and even asked if some of the other trash needed to go which it did. On the whole i was entirely satisfied. They all worked very hard the entire time they were here, were polite and respectful. When not sure they did double check in the basement to not remove anything we might want. They called before to double check the time, arrived on time

Contacted Delete My Trash via email for an estimate to haul away some household items. They promptly responded via email and set Saturday between 12 and 2pm for the time they would be out to give us an estimate. No one came, so we called and left a voice message. We received a return phone call same day indicating they were very busy and apologized and said they would come out Sunday (today) between 10 and 12 noon. Once again, no one came and there has been no communication from them at all. If this had worked out, we had plans to request additional service in the next few months. Very disappointed....

Deletemytrash.com did exactly as they said they would. It was easy to set up a time & date to do the work. The 3 gentleman were a pleasure to work with. They even swept out the storage unit after emptying it!! No question that I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work & that we would use them again.

I called the company and told them I had a coupon for their service from Angie's List. They asked what kind of things I needed to be hauled away and approximately how many items. They said they would send an appropriately sized container to my house and they would load it and take it away for the price of the coupon. They sent one man with a pickup truck. When the man looked at the items that I had to be hauled he told me that it looked like a bit more than they expected and he wanted more money. I explained that this was part of the Angie's List Deal of the day and that I had described the items to the company over the phone. ( I had even fewer items than I had told them over the phone by the time he got there because friends of mine had taken some of them in the meantime.) He ended up taking the items for the agreed upon price. They all fit in the back of the pick up truck so it wasn't a lot. I just had a bad feeling about it. I felt like they set me up with a low price and then tried to get more money out of me when they arrived.

I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Delete-My-Trash. They are terrifically efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. And most importantly for me, they recycle or repurpose as much as possible from the trash haul, meaning my discards are not all being dumped into a landfill. I've recommended the company to friends and colleagues and will definitely use them myself again when the need arises.

Old unwanted stuff had piled up in our house, things we would have to make a special arrangement with the city to have removed. We made an appointment with DeleteMyTrash responding to an offer from Angie's List. The team of two men who arrived from Delete My Trash helped haul out of our house old mattresses, box springs, a couch and many other items. They expertly piled everything into their pick-up truck, securing items with ropes and bungie cords. We were happy to get rid of a lot more stuff than anticipated. The men were friendly, very pleasant and helpful. They made the task easy and quick for us. We are likely to use them again.

Had a HUGE oversized TV that needed to be removed from our basement. They came and moved it right out without any issues. They also removed a few other large items without extra charges. Would definitely recommend.

It went very well. I'm sorry I don't recall the exact date this job was done in the summer; it may have been in late May or early June.

I used the deal ($75 for $198 worth of hauling) and then paid the additional fee for the additional space the lumber took up in the truck, which was expected. They gave me an estimate up front and stuck to it. The men were pleasant and very quick. Great service once they arrived. The only reason I gave them a "B" for communication- it gives you an e-mail on the deal when you purchase it. No one ever responded to this email address (I emailed 2x). However, when I called their corporate number I got an appointment very easily and quickly. So if they had just said to call the corporate number (instead of giving the email) I would have given them A's all around.
