Deletemytrash.com were fantastic. They came with the truck and the trailer. We scheduled it. They came out and they loaded it up so fast, by the time I had called my wife to tell her that they were coming, they already loaded it all up and were gone. It was fantastic. It was in our front yard. They picked up everything. They must have been on their hands and knees because they picked up all of the garbage. There was literally nothing left. If you can imagine building waste, there's little bits of paint, drywall and screws and nails. They got everything.

Purchased the Angie's List special. Wasn't clear how to schedule so I called to schedule and was advised to schedule online. I scheduled online for between 8-10 and they came just before 9. There was no confirmation of the appointment so I just assumed they would show up. Three men came, the were introduced by first name and asked what was being moved. I had purchased more than enough space for what they were taking. Men maneuvered around steps and cats and were gone within 10 minutes. All in all very easy process.

It was good. They did a great job. I had a variety of things I wanted to get rid of and they came in. They even went up onto my second floor to carry a TV down and take care of that. They came into the house. I had absolutely a positive experience.

It was fine, it was adequate although more expensive than we thought it was going to be. It ended up costing more than the big deal amount for some reason. They said the big deal only covered certain weight or certain amount of stuff. They came by what looked like UHaul van and loaded construction materials from redoing of the house. I think we got them to remove a couch also. It only took about less than a half hour. I probably could have put the couch by the curb and saved ourselves $100.

Process was smooth. No problems at all. They called to see if they could stop earlier that scheduled, which was no issue for me. I'm sure if I was unable to do that , they would have come at the scheduled time. They arrived with a pickup truck and loaded all of the items I had onto it for me. There was probably room for more stuff, but that's all that I needed at this time. This was a great deal. It would not have been economical any other way as most other hauling services minimum charges were more.

The guys contacted me before they arrived, were prompt and professional. I would use them again.

It was pretty good. We liked it. We ended up paying more than the $75 big deal; we paid $325. Their service was just basic. They were pretty good. They 1:38-1:39. They are kind of expensive all the time. 2:20-2:21. They told us it was not in the contract. They are on time. They are nice people.

I've used this company on 3 separate occasions. The prices are a bit higher, but they give good value. In this case, they had to haul out a basement flood-out (including some exercise equipment) and a shed full of broken toys. They came at the appointed time, followed my specific instructions (since my house was being remodeled) and were completed in a prompt fashion. They even worked around a gas line installation.

I used this service twice prior to joining Angie's List. I would definitely use them again. The arrive exactly at the time promised for both pick up and delivery. The customer service is excellent and the equipment is in great shape. I'd much rather have a trailer in my driveway than a dumpster and its easier to load. Great Company

I found the deal on Angieslist for a small "junk" trailer. They would deliver it, I would have it for three days to load as much stuff in as I could and then they would come back to remove it. The guy who dropped it off was professsional, on time, and just a really nice guy. He explained how their system worked and said he'd come back earlier if we were done. We called when we were done and the trailer was promptly taken away. It was a great service, less costly and less unsightly than a huge dumpster. It helped immensely when cleaning out my mother's house before she moved. I would use these guys whenever I needed to do this again.

I was scheduled for 9-11 arrival. At 9:45 on the scheduled day I got a call that they were running an hour late, so I said, that means 10-12?? They said, there would definitely be someone there by 12. I said fine (even though I had taken the whole day off and had other plans). By 12:15, I had a no-show. So I called the 888 number and got the answering machine. I left a message to call me. No body returned my call. I called 5 more times between that time and when they did show up at 1:23. The first thing the guy says to me is "there are 15 people behind you that are also late". No, sorry, no apology, just where is the stuff that needs to be picked up. So I take him to the back, so him what needs to be hauled and he immediately says that will cost you $65 more because of how much there is. No way. I paid for 1/4 of a 12 ft deep container. it was mostly wood that could be layed flat. I said we will see when you are done, since I saw that there was already stuff in the container before they started. When they were done, they just closed the container and came to my door to have me sign, which I did. They left. When I went back to check on what they did, there was still stuff that they didn't take (lawnmower, plastic pots, some metal, etc). There was stuff that I knew they wouldn't take (paint and bricks). At this point, I just was "done" with them. In their "deal" they should clearly list what they don't take. They shouldn't hide it under FAQ's. Their scheduling was unrealistic and they communicate poorly. I needed the stuff removed, but they ruined my day. Next time I will use someone that is more professional. JS

They were early for the estimate and gave me a good price. Then did the work the same day. I was very pleased with their work.

I used their big deal coupon. It went fine. I did have a lot of stuff that I had kept on and they continued it. Since I didn't do that every week, it was my damage to getting the stuff out. It does make it somewhat cheaper if we bring up basement stuff to the family room and pile it up by the door so they don't have spend as much time to get it in their little dumpster. I think it's the time factor where we could save our self money. The job turned out to be fine.

It was excellent- they were very professional and courteous. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I made the appointment online, so that was quick and easy. The guys were very punctual and polite, did everything themselves, and swept up afterwards. Bonus: I wasn't quite ready to have the old stove hauled away because it was still connected to the gas line, so they told me to call back after the plumber disconnected it. I did, and they showed up almost immediately to take it away at no charge. I had an Angie's Big Deal coupon so got twice as much for my money, but would hire them again at regular prices, which are reasonable.

The experience was mixed. They did a good job. I wasn't sure about the pricing. I had a coupon. They came promptly. I called them that day and they came that day. They were efficient. They were personable. They did good work. They came on time as expected. The price was the only issue. I have contacted them since them about other jobs and I have tried to get estimates. I have given them cubic feet measurements over the phone for an estimate. I can't get them to commit without coming out. I don't want to buy another coupon unless I know the price of how much they will cost to move additional goods. They were squirrely about future estimates.

No problems. Pleased overall, and would use them again.

They called 45 minutes ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. They were efficient and very respectful. Plus the Angie's deal made it extremely affordable! Would definitely use this company again!

They called when they were going to be later than the 2 hour window. They arrived and broke up the fence pieces so that they would all fit in the truck. I had purchased the $75 deal and they said that my price would be an additional $45 which was fine. When finished, they swept up and left. Will definately call them back in the future.

As I said in the paragraph above, I was not too happy with the experience.
