The bathroom turned out perfect. I asked that the vanity (which was only a few years old) be reused. It was removed and the rest of the room was gutted. The work was done professionally and Dave is very nice to work with. He is very careful about covering carpeting, etc. and everything is cleaned up before he leaves for the day. Quality work at a reasonable price.

We live in a 100 year old home. The kitchen was redone 45 years ago and a small updating was performed eight years ago. We had two layers of plaster on the walls and several layers of flooring on top of each other. Dave started by shoring up the floor between the mudroom and the kitchen which had a sag. He then removed the wall and installed a laminated beam to carry the weight. After that the demolition began. Dave and crew sealed the doorways between the work zone and the rest of the house, we never found any dust in the house during the construction.
This is the third kitchen we have redone so we think we know a lot about how things work. Dave listened to our ideas and used many of them. Those that he did not use he explained why his method was a better choice at this time. There was a hold up with the granite installers that we had hired and Dave rearranged his schedule to make sure he had time to come back and finish the items that must be performed after installation.
There are always change orders on a job like this. Dave never saw a change of mind by us as an opportunity to jack up the price. All add-ons were priced on a time and material basis.
My schedule and my wife's made it hard to connect with Dave for timely updates during the project. We made a few decisions based on text messages and emailed photos but Dave was able to get to the site early when we needed a face to face and stayed around until we got home if there was an issue he wanted to explain in person.
We are very happy with our new kitchen and the effort of Dave and crew were what brought it to life for us.

Flooring and trim work were done with attention to every detail , he gave us a few options for trim and did three rooms including a bathroom. He removed the toilet and used a new wax ring and also made matching kick plates for the cabinets to match the floor. Painting was awesome as well and can't say enough about this contractors cleanliness. Although we removed our clothes from the closet and most of the furniture.....we were able to use the bedroom and bathroom the entire project. Couldn't give this contractor a higher rating. I like every thing about them. They do excellent work. He paid a lot of attention to detail. He does not let any details go unnoticed. I will use him again.
