Dale has been my real estate agent since 2010. I had a property that I was no longer living in. He helped me navigate the process of renting the property out for several years. Throughout that time he gave me honest and frank advice on the housing market. He always looked out for my interests, and helped me get contractors who were knowledgeable and prompt with their service when I needed them. He really takes time to get to know his clients, and then works diligently to achieve their goals. Honesty, speed, strong professional network, and good knowledge of the local housing market are the things you need from a real estate agent. Dale has all of those traits. He is a great real estate agent and I would recommend him highly.

Dale represented me and my wife in the sale of our row home in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood in Philadelphia. He was outstanding to work with. He was extremely professional, very down to earth and understanding of our needs, hard working, and always available and responsive to communication. Most importantly, he has a wealth of experience and his judgment and knowledge of the local market is superb. He gave us very practical advice about the timing of our listing, optimal price point, and improvements we could make that would give us the most value for the investment, and he was right about everything he told us. With his guidance, we were able to position our home such that we had dozens of showings within the first two weeks on the market, were under contract a week later, and closed successfully one month after that. Dale was very helpful in negotiating the agreement of sale -- I felt we were on the same page and that he was truly advocating for my interests and not just a quick agreement. After we were under contract, he remained very available and helpful with advice surrounding the inspection process and the things that were needed in order to get to closing.
