 + -1 moretThe outcome is great. The floor was in bad shape. I think it was worse than he anticipated. But, being the professional that he is, he dug in and did a fantastic job. He has a great attitude. He just wants the customer to be satisfied. There were a few things that he added that went beyond what he had to do. GREAT GUY!!! GREAT JOB!!!
Description of Work: He removed the existing floor tile and wall tile in my bathroom, retiled the floor, adding plywood and an additional base for the new tile. He also installed drywall and painted the walls. He did an exceptional job.
