They're required to make your life easier. They bathe you, assist with you showers, cook, shop, and bring your bills to the post office. They're required to attend any medical outings with me. They're supposed to assist the physical therapist. She's required to change my bed twice a week, and to do my laundry. I have bed wounds, and I have to make sure I don't get infected. It hasn't been a great experience. In the past week and a half, they have sent me a more older and experienced person. She's been excellent. I've gone through many substitutes since November. I had nobody permanent. It was extremely irritating. I think they should be stricter with the rules. I just heard today that they no longer train the new girls that come in. That's not fair to those who worked 5 years or longer. All they do is show a video. I had things broken and not replaced. The lady I had for the past week and a half is caring and attentive. She knows what she's doing.
