Description of Work: We've been using Couture once a month for a little over a year now. The first couple of months were rocky as we had a revolving crew come through every time. They were always led by Dave, who is an excellent leader, but there were technical issues, and one employee in particular was just learning the business. But after the 2nd month they've been outstanding. A few times they've shown up after the scheduled time but they've never rushed - they do a thorough job. After the first few visits, they declared the house "under control", spend less time hear, and dropped the rate.

Description of Work: A representative came out to look at my house so they could give me a quote and never followed up. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: While the cleaning has never been a problem (they're average), their customer service is beyond terrible. They constantly reschedule (often last minute) and are always sending someone new. When I have called about problems or questions, I have gotten strong attitude and confrontation from office staff. For example, I couldn't find a specific bath towel and inquired if it had been moved in the cleaning. They were angry I suggested anything was moved; three days later I found it at the bottom of the work clothes laundry pile. They've left clean sheets in the washer to get smelly and disregarded signs in the apartment complex about trash.
