+ -1 moreCountry Wide is large but that can be good. It allows people who have been happy with them in one area to seek out their services in another area. That kind of follow-through is nice when you move out of state, like we did. We have been totally satisfied with Country Wide. They are helpful and what they charge is no more or less than what other mortgage companies are going to charge. The services are good. They are customer oriented, we feel. We would feel okay about sending more business their way.
Description of Work: Country Wide is our mortgage company. We recently moved into a three story brick town home in Pennsylvania when we moved from Virginia. This is the company we had used for our mortgage in Virginia and then used them again when settling on our new home in PA. At settlement we paid somewhere under a thousand dollars for the initial paperwork and mortgage fees.
