TO SAY THEY ARE THE BEST i have ever worked with is the understatement of the year ! they stand by their work and do amazing work and never miss the details! if anything they find details that make the projects even better and they solve issues when u didn't even know were there issues ! they are communicative and flexible, They are loyal honest and reliable ! JUST THE BEST period ! When you have something done by them its done RIGHT and long lasting !

Tom and Rick were very polite and responsive at first. They came to my house and helped me work out the details of several projects, including the replacement of eight windows, a sliding glass door, a front door and transom, and some other smaller jobs. After a couple weeks of back and forth selecting appropriate materials and trim options, Tom let me know they had one big project to complete before mine, and they'd be in touch in 4 to 6 weeks to get started on my work. After nearly two months passed, Tom emailed to tell me there were some delays, and they would be in to start on the doors in a few more weeks. I asked about the windows, and he said it was too late in the season, and the cold would affect the quality of the window adhesion. When I expressed my frustration, and pointed out that this was the first time he'd mentioned this window project might not get done this fall, I received a follow up email days later from Rick, telling me they would not be able to complete any of my work because other jobs superseded mine. Long story short, it was pretty clear they were just bumping my job because they secured larger projects from other customers. I heard multiple stories from both Tom and Rick, none of which correlated with what the other had told me earlier. So I spent a great deal of time and effort working with these guys to hammer out the specs of my home improvements, then sat around waiting for months only to be blown off. Now it's mid-October and I have to start over. (They'd told me in early August they'd start work in about a month.) I can't speak to the quality of their work, but their prices were on the high side of the bids I'd received. I was willing to put up with that because I'd heard good things. Unfortunately, these guys failed in the trust and integrity department. I would not recommend them.

Tom from CONSTRUX was doing work on house next door, which was source of some of my problems when rehabed 5/6 years ago, and new owners needed work done. I heard ladder noise so I approached worker (Tom) , explained my situation, ( am largely bedridden and it is hard to get downstairs). Tom listened, checked out my problem while doing his job, took and showed me pictures, and I hired him and he fixed my leaks.Very professional, cooperative, and pleasant human being.

Compared to other contractors they are a little more costly but it's worth every penny. They are pleasant, professional, clean and timely. Their quality of work is superb; they do a really, really good job.
