Joseph came out, instantly figured out what the problem was and was very fair...didn't charge me an arm and a leg for just making the trip. Especially right before Christmas! Would definitely use him again!

I was scheduled for one day and for some reason I got cancelled. If I never called I would not have known. They did come the next day. I am pleased that they did excellent work. I would call again. They just need to work on customer service.

They responded quickly, even offered to come on Thanksgiving, and came early the next morning. I am a former heating mechanic and am loathe to hire someone to do what I used to do, but the holiday, closed parts supply houses and an anxious tenant made me desperate to get this done quickly. Within 5 minutes they troubleshot the problem that I missed, (probably saving our lives) and were cleaned up and done in a little over an hour. Best $150 I ever spent. Thanks gentlemen.

I woke up to a cold house on Sunday,Jan.8 2017. Yes, on a Sunday morning 9:00 am to be exact,Joseph arrived at my doorstep thru the light snow&ice. I made an appointment with Comfort Co. to service my oil heater, Joseph arrived promptly and evaluated the job. He recommended I replace the heater, stating it was old and he feared it would cause carbon monoxide leakage. He gave me an excellent price for installing a new heater. He and a partner worked through the late evening working on the installation. When the new heater was installed, they bled all the radiator's in the house. My house was warm and cozy. The next day I noticed my water wasn't getting hot. I called Joseph and he came right over. Apparently the pilot on the hot water tank had gone out, he restarted the heater and I had hot water in no time. The only issue I had is Joseph has not removed the old heater. I will be calling him again to do so. I'm sure he just forgot. All said it has been a professional experience. I have since referred Comfort Co. to my sister. She has gas heat, but her heated was blowing out cold air. She called Joseph on Sunday morning and he came out late that afternoon and fixed her problem, now her heater is working. He's the best. Our 18,5000 BTU Window Air Conditioner, which cools the whole downstairs of the house, broke in June. We had just gone through one heat wave and another was coming later in the week, so I wanted to get it replaced fast! Comfort Cooling answered my phone call right away and came the next day. It was 90 degrees in the house but they got the job done in under an hour, and took the old one way. I just recommended them to a friend in a similar situation and I recommend them to you too!

Initially,was not my first choice. Previous company that I used before gave me the runaround. Called Comfort and everything worked out fine. They were there within timeframe stated, analyzed the problem and relaced the parts. I now have cool air. I definitely will use again.
