Came over extremely quickly, on a holiday weekend, to take a look at my broken A/C. Found and fixed the leak in a valve in under an hour and charged a very reasonable price. Very friendly and respectful, would definitely hire again.

I hired Austin to fix my heating heating system and he put in an aqua stat, after he left we noticed that evening that the system was not working, I called him to get him to come back and said he would come back after he finished an install, and he never came, I waited the whole day without heat and he never got back to me, Austin did come back a day later and said it was the damper and left, I am so disappointed in the way I was treated though the whole process because he only did 1/2 the job that I needed and did not want to come back and finish, I had to hire another company to come out and diagnose the problem and fix the heating system

Came quickly and helped get the heat back on in the middle of a cold spell.

I can't say enough about how great they were. They came within 2 hours of my call ON A SUNDAY. They had to get the part on Monday but they were early. It was a Sunday and my husband accidentally cut through a water line in the basement. Water every where and no water in the house! I called Comfort Cooling & Heating, LLC and got an immediate response! The tech said he'd be out in less than an hour! Unbelievable! He was wonderful and fixed the problem in short order and was very courteous! We apologized for interrupting HIS weekend!!!! He was great & would recommend this company!!!

They came in and saw what needed to be done- suggested replacing my very, very old heating system and installed a new on the same day.

Our central air condition unit was not working properly on one of the hottest days of the summer and we were just about ready to start our annual process of jarring dozens of fresh Jersey tomatoes that we use year round. Fortunately, Comfort Cooling promptly reached out to us and in a matter of a few hours, the problem with our AC was correctly diagnosed and resolved. We would definitely call them again and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to family or friends.

Had approx. a 6 foot crack in stack pipe of duplex between 2 bathrooms which flooded the basement. This problem existed for years. Unlike others companies, CC & Heating diagnosed the problem in minutes, fixed it in a timely manner and were on time or early everyday. I've already referred them to friends and family and will continue to work with them. In less than a month they have repaired the plumbing issue, serviced the heater for one unit and will be replacing a heater for the other. Very professional and good guys!

Technician was prompt and able to get my heat back on. However it was not a permanent fix as we both knew. Luckily I had pgw parts and labor.

I’ll tell you as a home owner when something goes wrong in your home & you need it taken care of in a reasonable time, these guys was on point, very prompt & they certainly knew what they were doing! They will definitely get my business in the future!
