Description of Work: I ordered internet service with Comcast 3 weeks ago. Spent 1/2 hour on the phone with 2 different departments. Made & confirmed an installation appointment for today. I received 3-4 emails right away, and two phone calls last week. I took a call last Thursday from a representative to confirm that I needed installation; there is no extant cable line in the building, so I couldn't "self install." She told me she'd keep the appointment on the schedule. This morning, I called to find out the time of day the installer would arrive; after 15 minutes on hold and a representative who couldn't help me, I finally spoke with soneone who told me my appointment had been cancelled because it had been too long between scheduling and install. I told them to leave the appointment, and the account, cancelled. Worst customer service ever.
