I changed to them about a year ago. I have call waiting, caller id and long distance in included for free. I am happy with the price. I will continue to use them.

I do not like them because the cable keeps going out just when you need it in the evening. It is a big inconvenience. They must do something in the evening. We get response from them but they do not come back up. I think their price is comfortable for us.

They were responsive and punctual. I would use them again in the future.

I went with Comcast because of their packages, the servicing and in the local area they had the fastest internet speed. I have had issues at times and sometimes it does take them a little bit to get it taken care of but at the present moment it is all set. Everything is kind of basic and nothing stands out great for me.

I pay them way too much. I chose them because my choices are limited; it is either them or another company. They do come out when I have a problem. They are responsive. I will not switch from them in the future.

I pay too much. My monthly bill includes digital on demand, video, and high speed internet. I like that you can call anywhere and talk for as long as you want. They were just out yesterday, and they were very responsive.

I am satisfied with their service and I will continue to use Comcast.

I have mixed feelings about my experience with them. Their customer service has improved tremendously, but I feel like the cost of their services are pretty high. In our area, we don't have a lot of competition with Comcast so I feel like they have a monopoly. I have negotiated my prices on two occasions, and they were helpful. Their internet upload and download speeds slow down considerably during peak hours.

COMCAST CABLE Comcast Cable, fixed our problem where every time it was windy our cable would go out. We have been with them for many years.

Comcast used a subcontractor. They had to drill a hole through my wall upstairs to set up Xfinity for my computer. The drilled the hole from the inside out which caused a large hole through the brick on the exterior of my home. My other complaint is that they used a white wire instead of the normal black wire and left that hanging out. They didn't even try to tie the wire down or hide it in any way.

Comcast Cable is great. The selection of shows and movies are unbelievable. If there is a problem in your area they let you know and they fix the problem right away. Comcast is always the newest and most up to date cable.

Sometimes I have had a lost of service for a whole week, for TV, phone and internet. I have also been trying to get them to replace my remote for 3 weeks and they haven't done it. I have called them 3 times and they said that they were shipping the remote and they never did.

Overall experience was good, except for the timing. If they tell you they'll be there between 12 noon and 6pm, expect them to be there at 5:59pm. Also, don't expect a super chic or professional person at your door.

Comcast is terrible. The service goes in and out and is unbelievably slow.

They really need to focus on customer service and helping their customers in all areas.

Their service is horrible. We have had many, many interruptions in our Internet service. Most recently, they sent a sub-contractor tech out to try to fix the problem. He couldn't, and said that we'd be contacted by Comcast within 24-48 hours. It's been 5 days and we haven't heard a thing.

THE INSTALLER WAS A CONTRACT AGENT AND HE WAS MORE OR LESS ON TIME AND NICE BUT UNABLE TO ADDRESS ANY ISSUE. WHEN I CALLED COMCAST, AND FINALLY GOT SOMEONE, THEY TOLD ME TO DRILL MY OWN HOLES! THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL, AND WERE BASICALLY RUDE. COMCAST HAS NO 'CONTACT US' EMAIL FUNCTION AVAILABLE ON THE WEB SITE EVEN THOUGHT THEY ARE AN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER!! I FILED AN ACTION WITH THE COUNTY ASKING FOR A RULING WITH REGARD TO CUSTOMER SALES PRACTICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINT STANDARDS.
