flooring contractor, hardwood floor

Description of Work: I had a living room and 2 bedrooms refinished. The living room and 1 bedroom looked very nice, but I was very unhappy with 1 bedroom. There were many areas that needed wood filler. The filler used did not match the floor very well and about a month after the job I noticed one area that hadn't been filled at all. (It's a rental property so I'm not there much). Also, one board needed so much filler it looks awful. I feel, as a professional with experience, Tommy should have suggested I replace the board and not fill it. Also, it was very difficult to talk to Tommy due to a language barrier. I didn't notice this barrier before hiring him, so I'm not sure if he just pretended not to understand me afterwards.

+ -1 moreThis man did an excellent job on the floors. He came daily on time. He was very careful when he did the sanding and cleaned up the dust. He was careful in all that he did. We were happy with the results.
Description of Work: I had this company refinish the floors in my hallway, bedroom and laundry room.

+ -1 moreHe came right a way and did a great job and was very neat and came when he said he would. I would recommend him and he was very careful. His work was just great and very professional.
